TERRIBLE! One star is being generous.Took a full year from the date I wrote the first check to the installation. Just one door....Tom doesnt call back, comes up with excuse after excuse as to why nothing is being done.When they finally installed the door, it did not come as I ordered. Had the wrong door hardware and was installed with mismatched moulding. In addition I told them Im keeping the door being replaced for another project and of course the installer cut the door jamb out and said he was not told anything about keeping the old door.After going through all the mistakes, I was told itll be fixed. Another two months later, still no resolution to the problem. The door moulding is still mismatched, wrong door hardware still on and I dont have my original door back. Tom is now dodging calls and blaming his installer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

It took time but the servoce was excellent and the product perfect. It took more time for the installer to fot the door, and he took all the time needed.

I had very great experience with Tom he is a very talented guy and knows the business. I understand things can be delayed and I also understand if a door comes damaged it’s not his fault that the manufacturer had bad shipping and things are beyond his control.He tries his best to get the door to you as fast as possible and in perfect condition. In my opinion I think this is a very great business and hope if your looking for a door and window business you give him the opportunity.

Warning! Do not use this business!! Tom doesn’t return calls, has not completed a job that should’ve been finished 6 months ago. He still has our deposit. We don’t have a clue as to what’s going on or why he won’t finish the work.

Had GREAT experience dealing with Tom. Replacement glass arrived as ordered. Hardware was was perfect for our new kitchen and bathroom. New front door and bow window look wonderful. Thank you Tom.

Had a barn door built by Authentic SW Doors/Windows and it turned out AMAZING! It matched specs perfectly and was delivered on time and amazing!

Please think twice about using this dishonest company! I foolishly made a large deposit for several doors and hardware, only to be strung along with excuses for nearly 4 months. First the doors arrived damaged and needed reordering, then suddenly the warehouse flooded and most of the replacement doors were ruined. I remained patient because Tom was initially reassuring and nice....but that only goes so far after the unprofessional behavior and excuses started. We agreed on refunding the part of the deposit I paid for the doors that were damaged /destroyed, etc and I would pay for the 2 doors that were installable. I still havent been refunded and calls, texts, and email have gone unanswered.

Tom was very professional. He has been sick from mold and hiss associate dropped the ball. He has made arrangement to help us fix our windows. Excellent follow up.

Do not do business with Tom. It took over a year to get all of our windows. He NEVER returns phone calls. Always has an excuse to not be somewhere or to call back.Even when I personally went to his shop to get the last window it looked right but was incorrect. Also didn’t have the screens so I said cut me a check for what’s owed and my time and frustration. I’m expecting the check to bounce

Tom never returns phone calls.Claimed all windows arrived broken.Reimbursed me but I lost 8 weeks in the process. Never apologized or showed proof of damaged materiel. Don t do business with that Cie.
