I live pretty far out of Santa Fe which had me worried when I needed an emergency repair. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and efficient in setting up an appointment. They got out to me the same day! The tech that arrived, Gary, was also very friendly and got the work done efficiently. All said and done, the price was also more reasonable than I was expecting. Manager at office was helpful in identifying issues cost of parts and repair of 30 year old garage door opener. I thought best to purchase new belt driven unit. Service technician completed installation and maintenance in timely fashion.Very professional business and helpful staff from office and service staff.Cost was appropriate and saved me time and costs of repairing myself and eventually having to redo with new unit. It is so quiet, no longer the sound of a castle gate being lowered down to cross over the moat.

I had a issue with my new garage door that was installed back in February. I went to close the door and it came down on an angle, I called overhead office and staff was able to get a technician to come that same afternoon to look at the garage door. Fernando was the technician that showed up that day, he did a phenomenal job in repairing the door. It rolls better and seems to be quieter than it did when it was first installed. Fernando was polite, he was very efficient, he took the time to check everything with the door to make sure it was operating the best. That young man is a asset to the company, I can not speak more highly of him.

Our garage doors had stopped functioning just before we took possession of our home. The remote controls stopped working as well as the manual controls in the garage. The technician quickly figured out the problem, restored power to the system and reprogrammed our remote controls. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Ive been a customer for almost a year now. Bought a house in Santa Fe last February and had Overhead come out and service the garage doors. The tech was pretty thorough in his inspection of my garage doors, lubed up everything, tighten all the loose bits. A year later ... my garage doors are working as they should.... still very quiet too. I will definitely use them again for future repairs/replacements.

Overhead Door replaced a broken sprocket on the chain drive of my garage door. The process was easy and painless, thanks in part to identifying the broken component before their visit. The technician noticed a structural issue on the top edge of the door, which he reinforced in a second appointment, again painlessly.Lubricate your door regularly including hinges, chain and sprocket, and you may be able to avoid this failure.

Guy was somewhat knowledeable...he first thought problem in wiring and he couldnt touch that...until I suggested extension to see what it did. Find out the motor shorti ng out so needs replacing...I wish there was a way to troubleshoot over the phone so I knew what costs I would be looking at ... good thing I had the funds on hand to pay.

Garage door was great so decided to order a new entry door. For $$$$ expected quality service. Door looked great, but installer wasnt satisfied with the trim and ordered new one. I was happy with it, but figured he new best.Was out of state on business and came home to find trim had been replaced with a smaller width! Looks like h*##. Now a large gap around the door.Immediately called, complained. They sent someone and later agreed to replace it. That was June, 2020. Have since called (15 times) over 4 mos. requesting updates, only to be told its coming, but well call Provia in Ohio and call you back later today or tomorrow .They never have! Tired of this and will be filing a complaint with the BBB.Will pass on buying anything more from them again. Save yourself $$$$. Go to Lowes or Home Depot!

We needed a new spring for our door. The service man arrived in the stated time frame and it took him about an hour to replace the spring and lube and check the rest of the door. We had an issue about opening the door afterwards but it appears the door sensors at the bottom were not well aligned. All is well now!

We have been trying to get someone out to fix what was originally installed and broke by Overhead Door Company. Numerous emails were sent and phone calls were made with no response at all. my gate is continuously going down and not responding due there faulty installation and fix of a photo sensor. they drilled a bolt into the sensor in a attempt to keep it from pivoting and becoming unaligned. well this thing does not work and we as a business demand that Overhead door FIX THIS SITUATION ASAP!

Im very happy with the new doors...super quiet compared to my old doors!...and Fabian and Jorge did a great job! They were polite and super professional, and they went way beyond the call of duty by programming my remotes...and sweeping out my garage when they were done! Top notch service! I wont hesitate to call Overhead Door for service & repairs in the future. I strongly recommend them!UPDATE: I ordered one of my new doors (described above) with windows and the other without. After just a day or two I realized how great it is to have windows, so I ordered a new panel that would add them to the second door. David came out to do the job, and his work was top notch. Our Garage door broke down in the evening. I Called Overhead door and scheduled a visit for the very next day. Service was professional and quick. I got an explanation for what needed doing and the door works great now.My only warning is that my appointment was for between 8 and noon and the technician arrived at 1pm. Not a big deal of course, but i suggest scheduling for as early of an appointment as you can.

Jorge and Brandon made quick work of replacing our broken garage door springs. They were professional, fast and extremely pleasant. and went the extra mile making sure our door and motor were perfectly aligned and lubed after being askew from the spring issue.

Came out the same day and fixed a brown bracket, checked tension on the spring, and made sure the garage door worked as it should. Great!!! Highly recommend!

Over the years, Ive had to deal with various remodeling and home repair projects. Needless to say, Ive also gotten used to getting the run around by contractors. However I am happy to report that I recently had my damaged garage door replaced on December 11th and was very pleasantly surprised by how easy the Overhead staff made the whole process! No pressure, no stress, no hassle! And our door (technician/installer), Fabian was great to work with, he was professional, efficient, and more than willing to do a great job. He even swept our garage floor! Overall a thumbs up positive experience.

They have fixed my old garage door several times in the past, and they have always done a good job. Their scheduling and keeping appointments on time is excellent.

They are super unprofessional. They “fixed” the spring in my garage door and installed a door opener. The spring broke after a month and they are claiming they did not fix it because they “do not do springs”. Now they want me to pay $230some dollars to fix the door on a Saturday because it’s “emergency.” Except some of us work only weekends and cannot afford to pay their fee (while the door is still under warranty) just so we can go out to make money to pay their fee. They should be accountable for their work. Now I’m gonna be left with my vehicle trapped and unable to make money in an already time of crisis. Thank you for not supporting essential workers and for being rude on the phone. How you get away with doing business like this is beyond me. The least you could do is treat your customers with respect and humanity.

We arrived home from a short vacation to find our garage door opener disabled due to a broken gear. I called Overhead Door of Santa Fe. The representative immediately said a service technician would call between 12 and 4pm. Shortly after 12, Fernando Sotelo called and indicated he would arrive in approximately 30 minutes. He arrived in about 35 minutes. Fernando immediately went to work and offered our options to resolve the broken part, which he did have on his service truck. He also accurately gave price estimates.
