We replaced all our windows with Pella Windows and love, love, love them. The windows are of a superb quality and have increased the value of our home. The installation was done by Sean Crimson of S.T. 2K Construction and Home Services LLC and his team. They were prompt, reliable, professional and kept the work areas tidy. What a great group of guys. It was the best experience Ive had with a construction crew!

I have had previous experiences with the Pella product and am sold on its quality and durability. Thus, I want to focus this review on the customer experience.Pella made the window purchasing and installation a turn key experience. The team in Santa Fe helped me select the best product for my needs, promptly arranged for the building permits and then scheduled the installation. I only needed to provide the dates when I was available for the installation.I worked with ST2K installers and Jake was my job lead. The installing crew was extremely professional. They arrived promptly on the arranged dates, were extremely polite – lots of sirs – and presented themselves in a professional manner.I cannot be more complimentary concerning the quality of the work. The crew worked rapidly but carefully, paying attention to the smallest details and carefully cleaning my house after each day of work. I am accustomed to having to clean myself after workers leave, that was not the case with Jake and his crew.The work was extremely complete. They took the time to not just install the windows but to make sure everything was ready for painting on the interior, all puttying, wall finishing and sealing completed. I will be painting the windows myself and I really appreciated this attention to detail.On the exterior the metal work was first rate. My house is shingled, making it difficult to fit the aluminum trim. The crew accomplished this without leaving any gaps or uneven joints. Finally, they sealed the metal trim completely and neatly.I am a very satisfied customer with the Pella product, the sales and the installation service I received.

We recently had all new windows and doors installed by Pella. Kate was the sales rep that assisted us in the beginning. She is knowledgeable, had great suggestions and has a no nonsense, down to business way or doing things. Her expertise was much appreciated.Now for the installation... The entire crew was professional, and had an extensive understanding on the process. The workmanship is outstanding!(There was a bit of a mix up having to do with the interior color of stain, but this was due to the staining process done prior to delivery and it did NOT have anything to do with the installation crew.)Sean was onsite and oversaw the crew. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated. It was reassuring to have his skill and professional knowledge throughout the entire project.The rest of the crew, Ray, Jason, and Donald did a phenomenal job! Each and every one of them clearly take pride in what they do. They ensured each window and door was installed correctly and had a beautiful result!The excellent service didn’t end when the project was over. And that’s what sets the Pella Installation team apart from the rest. Sean has continued to be available and happy to answer questions that have come up. Ray came out recently to assist me with a question I had, and both Sean and Ray are still just as friendly and helpful as they were during the project. THAT is was sets them apart from the competition! I am VERY happy we chose Pella for this project!

I was super impressed with the installation crew. They came up to SFe from Abq and managed to be on time both days. They did a great job! They cleaned up, were friendly and efficient. My home is much improved and I’m happy with the work.

Ray and Jason arrived a few minutes early to install our two replacement kitchen windows. They are experienced professionals who did a timely job, were friendly to have around, good at answering questions, and left only after doing a thorough cleaning with broom and vacuum. They even checked to be sure the window, which we had already been alerted was going to be installed cracked, was on the schedule to be replaced in two weeks. Our new large kitchen window is so much more attractive than the old one and really opens up the kitchen up to the outdoors just as we had hoped.

Sean and his Forman Ray along with their crew did excellent work installing and cleaning the windows that they put in for me. When the work was completed they made sure everything was picked up. Sean and Ray also explained how each window operated. I would refer them to anyone who needs window replacement.

Just had glitch in door handle repaired on my Pella screen door.Eric, the tech who came, was very nice, called ahead, knowledgeable, professional and efficient.He also explained the handle mechanism to me.He was careful with virus safety too!Thank you also, to Contessa who took my call.

We had all the windows in the house replaced, including two huge window + transom units and it was a big job, taking a full four days. The installers were prompt, courteous, respectful of our property (carefully navigating my garden plants right under the biggest windows) and they cleaned up everything. They did finish work, patching and repairing where needed. All the windows look great, the crew was friendly and professional at all times and we are happy with the whole job.

We had three French doors installed by a crew led by Sean Crisman and Ray Duran. Very happy with both the quality of the doors and the installation job.

Just 2 windows for our bedroom, but an older structure, 2nd story tiny back yard plus our New Mexicos hot summer weather didnt stop Sean & Raymonds crew of doing a super job - its a delight to now have those old worn out windows replaced with ones that work & look super! 3 Cheers for Pella Windows, offering a great product & excellent service, who could ask for more? Ive been working with Pella to replace the funky old windows at my house in Santa Fe for the last few years. My sales rep has been Kate Botkin, and she has helped me to select what I need, and deciding when its best to economize and when its best to pay for the top of the line, etc.--I really appreciate this. As for the installers, they have been consistently top-notch, working quickly and efficiently and cleaning up afterward. I have double-paned, double and/or single-hung (depending on where in the house), Impervia-clad windows, and they have been great to look at, clean, and open/close. I have heard from neighbors who have gone with contractors from local big-box home improvement stores for similar work, and a common complaint is that cleanup and any finishing is a problem to get done--not so with our local Pella people. I have recommended them to friends who are equally pleased with the whole process, from planning to installation. I recommend Pella without reservation.

Juan just finished installing our third Pella door and did a phenomenal job, as always. 10/10!

Two things about Pella. First, their windows do not allow taking the cladding apart so if a window breaks, as ours did, you cannot simply have a reglazer replace the glass like you can in other windows. You must replace the entire window, frame and all, which is much more expensive.Second, if you try to deal with the Santa Fe store you will find they do not answer the telephone and do not return calls left on their answering device.An update on this review: after 3 days, the service department of Pella returned my 2 calls. I was told that for $95 they would come out and do a repair estimate. They would then charge $85/hour for repair work. Clearly, Pella in Santa Fe has no intention of doing repair work. One supposes their interest is solely in selling and installing new windows.

John Gagne from Pella has been so helpful and responsive to my window and door requirements. I had problems with another manufacturers windows and sliding doors; John jumped in to give me a quote for replacing the 4 window panels and three 4-panel sliding glass doors. While more expensive than the other manufacturer, the customer service John gave me and the quality of the windows and doors more than made up for the price difference. Big shout out to John and the Pella Team!
