I wish I had a better experience with this company.I ordered custom windows for my (5) kitchen windows, to match the sliding doors I have in my house (from the previous owners, Williams Door). Those doors are beautifully made and have worked well for many years.After the windows were installed I noticed several problems - very hard to open, the lining (rubber stripping) was either shredded (brand new) or began to shred after usage. The windows also have no handles or grooves to hold to open them, so I have to push with all my might on thewindow frame itself to get them open from an angle.Anyway, many problems...mostly quality issues. So I called the local rep and they came and did their best to fix them (including two brand new windows, completely remade).I really appreciated all of this effort, but here it is a year and a half later and I still have to stuff the window grooves to keep the cold air coming in and the window linings are continuing to shred.If these had been moderately priced windows I would understand, but I literally spent $10,000 for the windows and installation (yes, $2,000 per window!) and they should be flawless.It makes me upset every time I open them or stand next to them (cold air).My advice is to be very, very careful before you order anything from this company.

I have to disagree with the last reviewer; I wonder what kind of customer she is. I loved J.J. Ruiz. He was an honest and knowledgeable guy who helped me figure out just what I needed at just the right price. He clearly knows his stuff. Thank you for all of your help and guidance!

Having once shared a workspace for several years with JJ Ruiz, along with many mutual clients with Sierra Pacific Windows for over a decade now, I can say with all honesty that this company along with JJ are as professional and as accommodating as any supplier of building materials can be when dealing with his builders homeowner directly. JJ always remains cool and professional and strives to make every customer feel like his ONLY customer. If you are looking to remodel, replace or build, this is the place to go!

Dont trust them. Dont use them - their products are cheap. JJ Ruiz is a cheat and has a nasty temper.My doors stick the window quality is low. Go with Pella. @SierraPacWindow
