Call ahead, make an appointment… what a joke you will still be here for at least an hour.Reason for visit: Their faulty equipment which we pay way too much money for gave up. They also have a monopoly in Santa Fe so there’s basically no other choice.Worst experience ever

In my opinion, Xfinity is the WORST TV provider I have ever used! I talked to 6 different people to assist me. Most were foreigners and didn’t help. I spent hours today and finally resolved my issue myself. I had NO support from Xfinity. Their tech support is non-existent. It was actually simple but I had to keep repeating n then they would transfer me all around to no help. Think twice before using them. They’re so bad. Totally incompetent. Then, their installers didn’t run enough cable to attach the wires to the side of my house. They were lazy n put the ugly orange wires in front of my house. They only needed 3 r 4 more inches. Lousy company!!

Comcasts Customer Service as a company is absolute garbage and its impossible to get in contact with anyone. Im not sure about this location in person, but trying to get in contact with them over the phone is infuriating, especially when you have an emergency. I am pretty sure the company can afford to hire customer services technicians with the amount of revenue they bring in. Ridiculous.
About Xfinity the company not this particular store.This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their prices are outrages, it is nearly impossible to speak to a human, they rig their packages so that you have to buy the most expensive package to get the channels that everyone wants, and their service sucks! It is the typical corporate greed that is so pervasive in the U.S. They nearly have a monopoly on TV, so they screw you every way they can. Do not give them your money. We should all boycott these swines!!!!

EVIL COMPANY They raised nearly DOUBLED my bill per month with NO communication during a pandemic while I am unemployed. Just like a review below, they will increase your bill every year with NO communication.

Integrity is gone and it is unfortunate that half truths are considered acceptable in sales. Xfinity tells you they use the same towers as Verizon but they fail to explain that it is not the same level of service. Beware when they offer to sale phones also because if you decide to leave their service the phone may not be compatible with other carriers. It sad that in this day and age that the attitude of store staff and management is that if the problem is not easy to fix they fall back to the catch all of they are limited on what they can do you will need to call the corporate office and spend hours on the phone to get to speak to a real human only to be told you need to speak to someone else and then get transferred only to wait on hold again. Beware of Xfinitys claims they are not true.
It is a very good store people are friendly they are willing to work with customers
We have constant issues with CenturyLink internet service at home, so I made the MISTAKE of trying Comcast at the house in town. Comcast Customer Service is a NIGHTMARE to even reach and difficult to deal with at every encounter and I experienced a number of problems over what is only been 4 months of service; the free Peacock streaming service is even worse. AVOID using Peacock to add service providers...does not work well, if at all; I was billed for 6 weeks of HBO that I was never able to access via Peacock. Took an ~ 1 1/2 hours to get the error straightened out after finally being able to access a person who did not speak English well resulting in much confusion. The only positive encounter with Comcast was the person who made the service call when the internet was not working....he did a great job (however, it was WEEKS before Comcast could send him out for the repair)
Our internet has been spotty since we got Comcast over a year ago. I was stood up on the first two scheduled appointments to set it up, and the third where someone actually showed up, they couldnt sweet it up and had to schedule a fourth appointment. It is really difficult to speak to a real person, and when I have been able to they are not able to fix the problem. Finally got a tech out to fix the problem, and havent had internet since. The actual service is horrible, the customer service agents arent able to help, and techs are totally incompetent.
Lies, Lies, and more Lies. My husband and I were long time Verizon costumers. We were told by the sales associate at Xfinity they used the same towers as Verizon and would have the same great service. Turns out they only have access to about 60% of the Verizon towers thus you get 60% of the service. When we asked them about it they were unwilling to do anything. We now have to buy our phones at the regular cost in order to go back to Verizon. You might save a little with the Xfinity plan but remember you are only getting 60% of the service and a bunch of lies.Save yourself some headaches go to Verizon to start with.

Be advised that if you sign up for Xfinity internet, youll have the price jacked up every year. Their intro offers are just that. Im now paying $100 month for internet only!! Not even any cable TV channels! Unfortunately, Santa Fe is not very competitive on internet services - CenturyLink is worse technically, with poor, outdated technology. Xfinity knows this and is sticking it to long term customers like me. Im beginning to shop around.

I couldnt give less than one star or I would!! Im in Santa Fe 87507. And this is my 3rd revision to this I got up today internet showed it was working but as soon as I went to use it the light on the box started blinking really tired of this we pay a fortune to have this service!! Internets been out for a day or so and this happens a lot with comcast. I am trying to find a new place to live so this is a huge problem! Comcast claim no issues also all they usually say is have you unplugged and restarted the modem ummm of course it had started working but was real sluggish so I naturally did that step last night havent had internet since. This is ridiculous!! Also others in the area are constantly reporting internet issues!
I was amazed at the level of service and the knowledge of the man that helped me. I didnt have to wait in line and I saved a lot of money by switching to X finity from my previous phone Carrier. All in all I had a great experience at this place. The only bad thing I have to say is that they dont have a phone to answer so dont bother trying to call them.
Tech installer never called or showed up. Called the number, cant talk to anyone. No way to get through to anyone. Guess my daughter wont be able to get onto any classes. Thanks for nothing xfinity

We were a little hesitant to go here because of the reviews but we were delightfully surprised. We were greeted @ the door and seen immediately. Brandon Valdez helped us choose phones & a service plan. He transferred data and answered our questions. He was friendly & professional. We would definitely recommend this store.Anne & Jim Nichols

I was struggling with customer service over the phone. I went into the store and Brandon made my experience a trillion times better.
Ive been trying to get ahold a person. Then i finally got a call back and got hung up on all i want to do is talking to a perion. All they want in for me to leave a good review at the end of the call. Then when i calm back it takes me another 20mins to try and talk to a person and the recording now tells me they will call me back in one hour. Reallynit went from 17 minutes to 1 hour. Horrible!! They let me ralk to a perion reslly quickly when i was first getting my service but now that i need help i get no one only perople gsnging up on me. Very disappointed 😞. I Would never refer anyone here just because of this.
I ca not speak to a competent customer service representative. No one seems to be able to resolve my problem.

If you are hearing impaired expect unaccommodating workers. They are behind plastic, separated my 12 feet and refuse to show a hearing impaired or deaf customer their mouths so you can read their lips. If you try to complain, they say store policy and our manager isnt here. Americans with disabilities should avoid this store.

Was promised two $300 visa gift cards if I upgraded my cell and my wifes to the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Was also promised $150 for my old iPhone and $150 for my wifes old iPhone. NEITHER of which occurred. I have spent the last 3 days with tier 2 phone support to get what I was promised. Tier 2 support told me that the rep in the store was entirely inaccurate with what he promised. This has turned into such an incredible waste of time. I even returned to the store for assistance, and NO ONE could assist me. When I asked for a manager I was told, she is in a meeting. Awful experience thus far with this store.
