If I would rate this location specifically I would rate them a negative 10 they do not want to help you. Every single time you go in there theyre always on their phones or talking about their own personal lives and when you do go in and distract their conversation its an inconvenience for them. Theres specifically one lady in there that is very helpful but the rest of them are incompetent. One gentleman stated he was the general manager which indeed I know he is not I have contacted the owner of the facility and I am hoping that this is corrected and that they can hire people with competence and customer service skills. When I went into return a repaired / replacement phone which specifically tells you on their website that you can return it to a local MetroPCS store and when going in there the gentleman who was very rude told me I could not without any explanation. And when I mentioned that he was very rude and it says specifically on the website that you can do that I mentioned I cant wait to move out of this town because of the customer service that is offered here he had to continue to argue and said please do!. This should have overall been the easiest experience to have ever been accomplished which was not because of incompetent workers who are lazy and have no customer service skills or compassion for anybody but themselves. On top of it all the packaging that I received my replacement phone in has no instructions and they also werent able to give me any.

I was sold a useless iPhone, no warning I wouldn’t be able to get it even though I prefaced our discussion with, and kept talking about; traveling. Knowing the company in general operates in different districts or to keep my physical receipt (for a, you know, electronics company) would have helped would have been great too. Not to mention I got up sold on wireless headphones that do not work on my phone. Great. Super.
No one in store is capable of achieving solutions. A manager presence is required for anything except selling. But they are never in store nor willing to contact or speak with customers.
Well they are usually low on supplies such as phone cases. And say to come back in a few weeks because then they will have some. I understand the galaxy s7 is popular right now but the clerk told me they were sold out and to check back in 3 days which Im going to do but knowing it be so popular always have it on stock no matter what disappointing.
Metro PCS...YOU CANT BEAT THEIR PRICES...PHONES AND SERVICE. THE BEST. THE STAFF HERE WAS FRIENDLY..SUPER EFFICIENT KNEW THEIR STUFF AND WERE TOTALLY HELPFUL. THANKS SO MUCH!👍

I went to this store yesterday to pay my bill. The saleman was rather pushy, trying to sell me an upgrade. 3 months ago I got an upgrade. Kept pushing me phones. I decline. Then he kept pushing accessories, & I reluctantly I bought a screen protector. Bad decision. Screen protector was defective. The keypad didnt work. Scrolling sucked. This morning, I tried to return & got a No sorry we will take it back. Worst customer service!
We went in yesterday right before closing time, and all three employees helped us to get the quickest service. All three were very helpful and very kind, we will definatly be referring this Metro to all our friends and family.

They try but have been to better staffed METRO PCSs in Seattle, Oakland, Denver and Portland. Have been with METRO since 2012 - not so awful that I would switch carriers.
Fast and helpful employees...great deals...I hhave been using Metro now for about 4 years and wouldnt think of changing to anothier carrier...

Terrible. This store tried to get extra money off of us talking about part of a deal that didnt exist. Never com to this store, they are terrible and just overall bad.
When I bought a ZTE zmax pro the clerk told it was a nice phone for the 99 dollars but failed to mention that if the screen cracked you can not fix it unless you send it to ZTE for repair at a cost of $99. I only dropped it Six inches on a table it shattered the screen. And it was in a case. It is a throw away phone If I had known about it I would have gotten insurance but You can only use that once so bad move to buy the Zmax pro. Buyers beware.
