Just wanted a decent replacement screen for my window. Waited over two weeks and no call after bringing in a good one to duplicate. Finally I just drove there and luckily they had made it. Flimsy home depot $13 screen kit they charged me $52 for. Wasted my time and money. Im sure they are good with glass and mirror but why bother taking the job if youre going to make a customer wait weeks for a low end product?

A month and a half ago we came home from shopping to see the outer pane of our roughly 4x8 patio door was shattered, from the looks of it by a pellet gun. Have no evidence of the perp; probably accidental I assume and hope. Selecting a company to do the repair (on our dime) was nerve wracking. I ended up choosing Capital in part due to the estimators/installers, Victor and John. Josh assisted on the installation which turned out perfect.

Cant say enough on how much I was impressed by Capital Glass. Had bad experience that resulted in a broken window. I called and within 2 hours the techs came out took measurements and were back for installation 90 minutes later. Both techs incredibly professional and kind, and will gladly recommend them.
