I can’t even tell you how great of an experience we had! We got 3 windows and they are gorgeous! We are remodeling our home & and so impressed with the service we received! We just had 8 windows replaced by New Mexico Glass. Rafael and his team were outstanding, a pleasure to work with and totally professional. They were on time, pleasant, cleaned up everything and we couldnt be happier with their work. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Sadly, a typical SF business where communication is not important. Unfortunately 1 star is the default lowest or I would go lower.I spent my career coordinating with sub-contractors, vendor management and contract management and this is unbelievable.It started off great, I got quotes and stopped by the shop to look at samples and everything was good to go. We just needed to schedule the install in line with my project and get an additional price for a different glass finish. You should not have to BEG a business to come a take $2K from you, it is supposed to be WHY they are in business...That was the last I ever heard from Raphael even after 6 emails, 4 phone calls, and 3 promises by him to come to the house again to re-measure one item. Not sure why these other folks gave such great reviews. They must have been lucky, friends, or relatives.
