Love this place and love how everyone is so helpful. They got so a lot of great products to make everyday life easier from cleaning to house items and more. If your reading my comment then You Must Go By.

Family run. Not great customer service. But its the only local hardware option in Santa Fe.

It seemed like a neat store when I was inside. The employee in the back was very friendly, helpful and kind, no complaints. The lady at the cash register wasn’t, she made sure to let me know how she felt towards me for wearing a sports bra (it’s a shirt just an FYI) into a store. If I wasn’t needing the parts I bought, I would of left for her coming across so rude about it. I will not be returning and there are better stores to go to rather than having to deal with someone who has to nit pick at strangers trying to buy a part at a store. If people need to wear “shirts” update your site or make the sign on your door bigger because I didn’t see it when I walked out. Thanks for the nice welcome to Santa Fe.

Store is convenient and closer to my home and saves a drive out to big box stores. Some items are competitively priced with any other hardware stores but they have some items that are priced at the charge them 5 dollars more we are closer. One thing that really took the second star is they make me feel like Im being watched. I am a browser. I create and design in my head and its my therapy but I always feel they must not trust me as I am in that store at least once a month and have spent a good amount of money with them. I shouldnt have to keep getting asked if I need help if I havent asked for it and everytime I turn around theyre right there. The woman are nice and are helpful the old guy not too much. Asked for water test kit and went to the like he was going to get it and came back with some excuse about my well guy is the only one that can do that. I smiled turned and walked off. He must know my well guy I guess.

They have been around here for a long time cause they have a good variety to choose from. As soon as you step in, they help you find what you are looking for. They have specials each day. It is husband and wife owned.

Omg leme tell you.. theres things in there NO ONE carrys you gotta go brouse that tiny place youll boink your self in the head for throwing away that blah blah cuz right there they got the door hicky that woulda fixed it!

Always help in a pinch. Had to glue FRP to wood and the usual didnt work.

VERY knowledgeable owner. Helped me with a Well Pump System and knew it very well. Very cheap prices! About 1/2 of others I checked with. Definitely do business with him again!

Small place with a surprising amounts of goods on hand. Surprisingly there not as expensive as people say or think. When the 19 thing first hit, i couldnt get the home box stores computer to work correctly and it wanted to ship half of it. 1 call to galco and rhe next morning i picked u. It was about 10$more. On 200 worth of plumbing parts. Well worth the 10bucks

Do not go there to buy a saw, I had one that was defective and the older gentleman tried everything to not give me a new one or my money back. After I threatened to call the main hub for Stihl he finally gave me my money back. I wouldn’t go here for any saw, just my opinion their over priced for all other Items aswell.

Always someone there that can answer questions and help you find what you are looking for.

They seem to always have what you need . They be a little bit higher on prices. But figure the time takes to go to league city or Alvin you can get it there go and do the job and be done . So you save time and gas 👍
