Cant go wrong with Harbor Freight, prices are inexpensive and good quality stuff. If you use tools only once in a while then this store is a must. I go there quite often and staff is always helpful and present.

Harbor Freight! If you run a business or just are the regular hobby type DIY personality... then this is the place that you love to go. So what if its made in China. They got to make a buck too. Warranties are great! The employees stand behind their product and are helpful in their product knowledge. Even the sales make already low prices extremely affordable. This Santa Fe store is awesome and I Im grateful to the people that work there.

Store is very organized and clean. Employees are worthless went into the store and grabbed the items I needed went to pay and logistics manager doesnt have any customer service skills at all. Doesnt greet me just starts scanning doesnt even say price of items just lets me look at the register to see the price. Give me my change doesnt count it. Maybe he couldnt count. Some manager!

They have a few employees hiding in the office and in the back room. They need to be out on the floor helping customers.

There is some things the store needs to carry like the windshield repair kits they were stocking the store when I went very congested glad to see they are keeping busy lastly management and employees should be more friendly smile im a manager and been for long time I treat everyone like its there store not like I own the building just saying 🤷🏽‍♂️👍👍👍

Great place to shop for tools and Hardware. We are weekend carpenters and handy people so the tools do not have to be top-of-the-line. What Harbor Freight offers fits our needs quite well. And the prices are very good. Always being asked if we can be helped and we appreciate that.

Went looking for dollies, which werent in any of the stores I have access to, ordered a set online which did not serve the purpose. While they have great tools, sometimes it hit or miss w/ HF.

Some people don’t like their tools, but I’ve gotten some great durable tools and when one of their products were failed, they were easily returned and my money refunded. Staff at this location are very helpful and friendly.

Over this weekend last few days I did a lot of work with Harbor Freight products and assembled many things that I had bought for Harbor Freight and I was amazed and pleased at how well everything went together and how well everything works. Brandon at the Santa Fe store is just great he helps you as much as he can and hes very very knowledgeable about the tools and Im really glad to know that hes over there for the help that I need occasionally. So in short thank you very much for making so much available at affordable prices. Im currently building a hot glass studio for glass blowing and Harbor Freight has made it possible for me to do that thank you

Great place to shop for its that work one job site but does have the use once tools that are needed for quick fix. But. I will never work there ever again ! Of your not part of the club then your not going to make it. Good luck.

Im a gadget girl and I love tools...if youre like me, youll love this place too. Good quality for good prices. The Santa Fe store has very nice, helpful people.

Great prices on products that are sure to last at least 3 days after you leave the store. If youre looking for a tarp that will have a hole in it after the second rain, or a Jack that will throw screws after the third time you use it, this is where you want to do your shopping. You can get stuff here extremely cheap, that there is no doubt, but you truly do get what you pay for. Customer service within the store is basically non-existent, I have never seen anyone work there whos not on the cash register.

Ok. They are hit and miss on what is in stock still since covid started

Fairly certain theres a new manager, the staff are more present & attentive. I see the manager moving his people around more to deal w/ register back-ups and customer density on the sales floor. It has improved a lot.

Whats not to like about Harbor Freight Tools granted some of the things quality isnt so great but I mean you get what you paid for and what you pay for it come on where are you going to pay that kind of money for anything else and if you subscribe to their catalog they have a monthly deal that goes on most months this last month they sent me a 20% off coupon on any one item in the store and with any purchase of one item in the store I got a free little flashlight so I went in and bought a $5 pack of double a batteries got them 20% off of $5 and got a free $5 flashlight

One thing Ill say about this place, is the employees are on it with their job. Everytime I come here Ill make it 10 feet in the store and theres an employee thats willing to help you out. So far the store has had everything Ive needed at some really decent prices so far. This place in my opinion deserves the 5 stars Im giving it.

It is what it is. Some of the tools are good, and some should be avoided. Sometime you cant afford professional grade tools and their tools are good enough.

I like this place it has a wide variety of different items other than just tools. The tools are great there at a wonderful price. Although they say you get what you pay for. Just that youre aware of that.

Harbor Freight Tools about the best thing on the planet for anyone who has a real job that doesnt make as much money as the people that can shop at Home Depot so as long as Harbor Freight keeps existing they have my business the only thing thats keeping them from getting five stars is that I went to go there for the first time and I passed it four times because Google kept saying that they were located in the middle of St Michaels Drive

Harbor freight is a toy store for men and some women. There tools are a lot better than years ago. Make sure you remember your coupons. I love shopping there.

They have tools, their tools are cheap.Probably nobody goes there thinking their tools are the best, but you generally cant beat the prices for a in-person store on their store brand stuff. If you need something to last for decades, probably go buy some name brand tools elsewhere, but if you need something for a quick project, you would do well to take advantage of their many sales.

Always nice shopping here, the staff is friendly and helpful. Its busy but they get you through the lines fast. Ive been shopping here since it opened here in Santa Fe and never had any issues!

You definitely do not want to purchase any of their power tools, pumps or other electrical or power items. They are all made offshore in the cheapest places with the cheapest components that they can find. They only give a 90 day warrantee unless you buy extra coverage which makes them comparable to better quality items elsewhere. If you do have a problem with one of their products you can expect long waits on hold and to be hung up on several times and may never speak to anyone who can help you. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
