Of most hearing centers in Santa Fe, Livingston Hearing Center is the best! In my opinion. The staff, equipment, skill set and attitude are 1st. class. After a disappointing visit to a different hearing clinic (run by the local hospital) the need to find a better run and staffed clinic became apparent. Thank goodness we found Livingston. I am a new customer as my wife and I relocated to New Mexico fro Florida in November. I bought my current hearing aids 3 and 1/2 years ago and they are under warranty for 6 more months. I was concerned that I would be unable to get support here in New Mexico I tried to get help from two or three other ear specialists who did not want to help. I was so impressed on how welcome I felt in meeting Taylor.He made us feel welcome and quickly checked my ears for blockages, then used his tools to clean and clear the hearing aids. Richard and his office mate gave me a first class experience . I went there as I had lost a hearing aid and did not have much time until my flight toKorea,, a week later. I could not afford a brand new pair of Starkey’s but he found me a reconditioned set that is perfect . In particular is the fact they are water resistant .. I swam some laps to today and went to put on my glasses when INoticed the hearing aids were in my ears . SoI ran to my room put in new batteries and they work perfect ...No pressure just good hospitality and they they try to helpYou ...Having seen their reviews is why I went, having experiencing their service is why I am writing this positive review . Taylors manner is very professional and his knowledge of his field is impressive. I really appreciate that he and Livingston can offer a variety of hearing aids from various manufacturers. Excellent service. Mr Taylor was polite and helped my wife by adjusting her hearing aids without charge after testing her hearing. It was really worth our time to see him; as after adjusting the volume on my wifes hearing aids she could hear the birds singing.

I just like to share with you my positive experience dealing with the professional employees of Livingston Hearing Aid Center.About one year ago I had purchased a pair of Phonak Hearing Aids which were supposed the best I could get to fix my severe hearing loss. But the hearing aids turned out to be a disappointment because two different offices could not make them perform to my satisfaction .Phonak contacted Livingston who in turn contacted me and set up an appointment with Taylor Smith, the specialist at Livingston Hearing.Taylor listened to my concerns and then he developed an action plan to fix my hearing problems with the Phonak hearing aids. He made some dramatic changes to my hearing aids and gave me back my hearing. So thanks to the friendly receptionist and the diligence of Taylor Smith I am a happy customer.

Taylor at th Santa Fe location went out of his way - twice -to help an out of towner with a hearing aid problem. it was a minor problem for him but very annoying for me. He resolved it in 5 minutes and refused to take payment
