Johnson Moving and Storage picked up my furniture and household belongings and were done in only 2 hours. We packed most household belongings. They packed a few large outdoor pots, mirrors and artwork. They worked very efficiently. Management could not give us a definite date when we would receive our furniture and household belongings. As such we had to cancel our vacation to Iceland. When United delivered our furniture the two delivery men said there would be another three men coming to unload. None of the three men showed up! It took the two men 8 hours to unload the truck. We felt sorry for them because they had to drive from New Hampshire to Maryland overnight for an 8:00AM pick up the next day. A few items were broken, and a night table was badly damaged. The bookcases were not put together, so there’s a big gap between the book cases. Overall we were pleased with the move but the price was more than we’ve ever seen before.

The worst service imaginable. Poor communication, they do not honor what they tell you, and they make it impossible for you to know what is missing as all it says is the size of the box, not the contents? Charged me $1600/month storage which was not disclosed. A ton of my belongings did not make it. It could not have gone worse. Run now, before you even think of using them.

We are completely satisfied with Johnson Storage and Moving and United Van Lines. Everything went as scheduled with minimum need for us to be involved beyond packing and unpacking which we chose to do. Answered all questions immediately and clearly, helped us meet our target arrival date and were friendly and courteous at all times. Not the lowest or the highest, just very fair and transparent pricing. Strongly recommend them.

The movers arrived at the time promised. Both men were very pleasant and efficient. They were helpful in placing items where we wanted them and patient with an elderly lady who didnt always keep up with them in making the Bingo card markings. I highly recommend them.

Benito Martinez was a pleasure to work with, calm and very professional and ready to come to our home to make adjustments to the shipment. The movers arrived on time and did a very professional and rapid job, in a courteous manner. We were kept aware of the progress of our shipment throughout. Love paying massive corporations money for a job done. I used locals before and screwed me and I did not see that coming. These guys at least helped my sister move right and were honest about the screwing before it happened.

Called ahead, showed up on time, VERY efficient, VERY careful, Carried a heavy desk through the house to place it properly in the desired location. Patient and courteous. Swept up any debris and removed packaging. Perfect delivery and installation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They misplaced or broke thousands of dollars worth of my stuff and they are too busy to look for the stuff they lost.

Following a 10 year relationship (literally) with Johnson Moving and Storage for home furnishing storage in Santa Fe while I was working overseas, I was able to finally have my belongings moved to a new home in Phoenix, Arizona. The team I worked with for storage all these years were great, and the individual I worked with to coordinate the moving/delivery of everything was the same person who helped me 10 years ago. That says something about stability and loyalty of their employees!I had a specific date in mind for delivery, which they actually beat by 3 days, as they made my delivery a priority in their route. The truck driver was the same person who packed my items from the storage facility and I could see when they opened the doors that they took great care in the placement and protection of the furnishings. With two persons unloading and asking me to verify the inventory as it came off the truck, the job went fairly quickly. Very pleasant, communicative, respectful, and helpful throughout the entire process. Nothing lost, stolen or broken!I would recommend this company for any of their services.

We used Johnson Storage & Moving for our move and temporary storage. They were fast, thorough, and reasonably priced for our needs. The manager Tom Springer was very helpful and attentive, the moving crews are a great bunch of guys that get the job done. After a rough start with some incorrect information from their new estimator it wasnt looking good for our move from Colorado Springs to Albuquerque. However, our driver Ty was fabulous and went out of his way (including moving back his own time off) to make sure that my family was taken care of. Belinda checked in every step of the way during the move and the two of them took what could have been a horrible situation to one that was perfect. I really appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond to help someone out. Ty deserves an award for his fantastic attitude and customer service!

Great company, moved from MO to Santa Fe. Great communication from the company trying to organize delivery time as we were moving over the Christmas holiday and had trouble getting down to NM due to weather. The guys that unloaded us were very professional and friendly, even told us a bit about the area. No damage to any items. Would definitely use them again.

I had a high end monitor and it was in perfect condition. Never touched after it was sitting on my desk new from box. After the move the monitor had scratches and grooves all over the screen. The claim got denied because scraches were normal wear and tear pre move. It was a total underhanded response to deny a claim. Dont use this company. If anything happens to your stuff the extra insurance means abosoloutely nothing and Im stuck with a worthless monitor that I will have to replace. Avoid at all costs!Edit: Reached out to owners after response. Very unhelpful and were not willing to look into the issue any further.
