First of all, best customer service. Facility is clean, well managed. Prices are dependent upon size and availability although they do run monthly specials.Secure with on-property personnel 24 hours. Im very well pleased with this storage facility.

This is the best storage facility in Santa Fe! Extra Space Storage has high standards in their security, including electric gates with coded access. The units are competitively priced and well taken care of. The entire facility is spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. The staff is helpful and attentive, and available to accept deliveries on our behalf. The onsite manager, Katheryn, is the consummate professional. She is efficient, accommodating, kind and knowledgeable. Katheryn is wonderful and has gone above and beyond for us many times.

He then got us directly in contact with Kathryn at the Pacheco Street facility. From long distance she really instilled confidence in our ability to safely store our possessions at her facility. She answered every question we had and really put our minds at ease for this part of our upcoming move. Moving is stressful, packing is stressful and with a million details to lock down its always great to connect with someone who is knowledgable and really seems to care. Kathryn is that person. When we visited Santa Fe for our pre move set up Kathryn was exactly the same efficient, friendly and reassuring person we spoke with over the phone. She toured us around the facility, showed us our unit and easily processed all the paperwork. She made the first phase of our move to Santa Fe so easy. Shes the Best and all has gone just as advertised, promised and planned.

Needing storage doesnt require a lot of explanation. However, Extra Space handled everything I needed and rather easily. They really take care of the property which makes a big difference. Update: As we moved stuff out of storage we found we had too much space. Katheryn was very helpful in explaining how we can shift our things to a smaller unit and save money. We are very impressed with ExtraSpace on Pacheco.———Figuring out how to rent storage space was confusing. We lucked out walking into ExtraSpace Storage on Pacheco. Katheryn explained how everything worked and what it cost. She was very helpful. She even found a less expensive unit across town. We went to check it out. However, because of Katheryn’s service and the quality of the Pacheco facility, we decided on using her slightly more expensive storage unit. We appreciated how Katheryn worked with us with honesty and professionalism and we figured in the long run how we’d prefer her as the manager of our storage unit.

Excellent customer service, answered phone right away, took care of my issue. So nice to always talk with the same person at this facility.

Katheryn was great! She was very friendly, explained everything and took necessary COVID-19 precautions like wearing mask and gloves. She quickly showed us our new unit and set up our new combination lock for us. The facility looks brand new but she said theyve been there for years. Just very well maintained. Good lighting, rollup doors are smooth and easy to manipulate. The security gate worked well, (Ive had others that were a terrific pain to get through elsewhere). I understand this company has facilities nationwide, I will definitely recommend!

Very clean facility, has video surveillance, great customer service and getting a rental set up was a breeze. They have any moving materials you could possibly need on site as well.
