I just want to say that Joe is the best. There is a shortage of Elastomeric paint in all of New Mexico and Joe saved me 10 gallons so that we could have part of the exterior of our house painted. He actually called all over NM looking for this paint and took my number to call me when it comes in. You just dont get customer service like that very often. Thanks Joe!

Abominable, sarcastic and lazy customer service. I brought in a paint sample today to be matched - one that I had selected from a sample board of 40 - and was told that it was “just white” - deduced from under a mix of fluorescent light and natural light from a dirty skylight 15’ above. There are plenty of good paint stores in town - go elsewhere.

Great place for stains. They made me a stain sample board out of materials I sell for free! Always good with advice for which product to use.

Wow! After just moving back to Santa Fe, I have never experienced such an uncomfortable situation as I did last Monday :( It appears that out of the 3 employees working this day, only one showed true professional experience. How repulsive is it to go into an establishment that the low class, ignominious sordid woman-that is representing your company- is allowed to yell profanity at another worker and infront of customers! I am repulsed & will never even attempt to set foot there again. My heart goes out the the young gentleman that was trying to help us as he apologized profusely for his coworkers behavior. To top it off the manager was unapologetic taking the side of the verbally abusive female employee. Welcome back :(
