Not greeted or welcomed. Hardly any paint to choose from in a paint store! Lots of painting accessories that you could get anywhere.

I have used Sherwin Williams for a couple of painting jobs in my house. I have always had excellent customer service. Today was quite busy and there was only one worker at first. He was relaxed and calm and helped everybody in due time, efficiently and courteously.I am also impressed with the Sherwin Williams paint products.

Great store with lots of color selections. Pele really made the experience exceptional. Her knowledge of colors and types of paint were invaluable and surely saved me time and money.

I contacted the commercial paint store on first and Lomas to buy a paint sprayer and buckets to repackage paint from 55 gallon drums into more user friendly 5 gallon buckets. I was a bit surprised that they didn’t want to help and suggested that I contact custom paint on Pan American Fry NE, Dunn-Edwards paints, PPG paint store or any of the other paint stores in albuquerque. I was told that they can no longer get paint cans and equipment. I had told the clerk that I had over 200 gallons of solvent based oil paint to repackage. He suggested that I use plastic containers. I asked him if we could store oil paint in plastic containers and he said that it was not ideal but that’s what he would recommend. That really made no sense to me because they knew it was not right.I had a similar experience at another Sherwin-Williams store recently when I tried to purchase a custom paint color for my sister-in-laws house. They told me there was a nationwide paint storage and they couldn’t sell me 15 gallons of paint. That store suggested PPG paint store too.I used to have good luck with Sherwin-Williams but my last two dealings have really changed my mind. I have custom colors on file with Sherwin-Williams and will have to see if PPG or one of the other big paint company can match the paint.I found the supplies I needed on amazon. Wish Amazon sold custom paint colors too

Excellent Customer Service! I came into the store to have SW paint shaken (it was sitting for several months). Chris assisted me and was prompt, courteous, and kind.

The big box stores discontinued a Minwax stain I use, but Sherwin-Williams had it in stock.Very courteous and friendly staff!

Even during the social -distancing, mask-wearing restrictions, my experience at the Santa Fe Sherwin-Williams was as great as ever. Their employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. Wouldnt think of buying paint or painting supplies anywhere else!

They are so wonderful and knowledgeable at Sherwin Williams! I came in on Saturday afternoon and they helped me promptly to get 5 gallons of paint plus a one gallon for the ceiling. They carried it all out for me and put it in the car, which I am sure I could not do by myself. I came back with my husband on Sunday and they helped him pick the right tools for the job and a matching quart of paint for the trim. Two different sales people, both equally wonderful! Amazing color selection too!

The staff was very friendly and most helpful. Showroom clean and roomy. Good lighting which helped with color selection. The associate who helped us was very knowledgeable and helped us clarify our needs and preferences.

Sorry guys. But through all the years of being a customer with Sherwin Williams and getting great customer service. You need to bring back women to run the store. Very clean and on top of the customer service as soon as you walk in the door. Pay them what their worth and keep them.

I really like Dianes pro-active approach. The first time I went to the store to pick out paint chips, Diane was busy helping a couple finalize their paint choice. Nonetheless, she took a moment to greet me and ask if I needed help. The day I was ready to order paint, she let me set up my order over the phone so that it would be in the system and ready to mix when I got to the store. This young lady is a pro, and I really appreciate her excellent customer service.

The paint quality isnt much more then lowes or home depot.

Excellent product, good selection, good sales, and even on a crazy-busy Monday morning, clearly short-staffed, the 2 service personnel were charming, efficient and capable. REALLY IMPRESSIVE.

Sherwin Williams is a well run store, they are knowledgeable about the products and the staff is helpful from the bottom to the top. I rely on those guys (and gals ) over there and have enjoyed doing business with them for at least 25 years!

I still think even with a 30% off coupon its a bit pricey. The other thing I noticed is that your cans rust from the water-based paint! I have much older cans of cheaper paint that arent rusty! Im talking less than a year old and it rusts! Why?
