Montana Mail at 1112 Montana Ave has changed my life for the better !!! They are a one stop shop for shipping USPS, UPS and FED EX.... as well as passport photos, notarizing and countless other services... The owner and staff are all superb. They go above and beyond to assist and do so with such a kind and generous attitude... no more waiting in line at the post office or ups or fed ex.... I now do all my shipping there... I also have rented a mailbox there for my business and that has been a game changer as well... I feel as though I live in a small town, kindly greeted by my name and they always have efficient and thorough service... hurray for Montana Mail... you all are the best !!!!! Thank you...

This business has new owners as of 2019 and its now an EXCELLENT place to interact with. Jasmit and his team are wonderful - courteous, professional, informative, well priced. They go out of their way to be helpful and make the experience a good one. This is my favourite place on the west side to do mailing, packages, etc. I have even had them help me when I am overseas, mailing packages to me internationally. They successfully sent an expensive water purifier cross country, helping me find the right packaging (it was not new and I no longer had the original box).

I am a long time customer of Montana Mail & was with them when they were at 1007 Montana Ave. When we got new ownership it’s always hard to know what’s going to happen. Jasmit & his team are just awesome! I was very loyal to Garo and miss him & Cash. Luckily Jasmit & crew have made Montana Mail the place to go. Great customer service always & friendly atmosphere. Nice additions & really safe during these times. I have to get my mail regularly and I’m always happy to see these guys & gals!

Ive used this place several times. Some of the best customer service imaginable when it comes to packages. Theyre extremely friendly helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. Id use Montana Mail before ever stepping foot I to anpaot office, fex ex or UPS.

This is the most accommodating and friendly mail service in Santa Monica/Palisades. AND - their prices are good, we paid $85 more for a smaller box at InstaMail in Palisades. Look no further!! Jasmit and his team are fantastic!

Just went in to drop off a couple of UPS shipments. There was one man (the owner?) working there, and the place was in disarray. I requested a drop off receipt - something that is always *offered proactively* to me by any other UPS affiliated store. The man was rude, and said that I could take a photo of my packages on his counter if I wanted proof. Instead, I took my packages (and any future business) elsewhere.As a part of going to leave this review, I saw others reviews and the owners response. His poor online behavior seems consistent with the interaction I received.Id recommend taking your business elsewhere. I know I will.

They are the best! Super helpful, always nice & incredibly accommodating. I avoid UPS, FedEX and USPS like the plague and thankfully I can use their wonderful services!

Went in with the intention of opening a mailbox for 1 year (dealt directly with the owner as he was the only one there). Could not get a straight answer regarding what documents he needed for me open a mail box. Said I needed 2 forms of ID and showed me a list of 10 different acceptable ones as proof. I showed him 3 different forms of government issued IDs including my US passport and he was not happy with it. He kept insisting on getting copies of my lease documents or vehicle registration but did not give me any valid reason as to why he needed those versus what I had available to provide at that moment. Customer service was non-existent and he kept rudely repeating No, I need your lease. They will shut me down.I could have returned with a vehicle registration but after that first impression, I just could not trust him with any personal documents; especially not my mail. If I already had problems opening a box, I am sure I would have some sort of problems in the future there.Went back home and googled Santa Monica mail boxes and found one located on Ocean Park Blvd. Day and night difference in customer service, much better pricing, and they did not try to charge me any setup fees or extra person fees etc. etc. Much further from my home but I would rather get in my car and drive 15 min than open a mail box at Montana mail (which is across the street from me).Will not do business with in the future.

Visited during a trip to LA a few weeks ago to drop off a package. Staff members were very rude and impatient. Store owner yelled at me aggressively while I was in the store for no clear reason. This conduct is unnacceptable and should not be tolerated. Their replies to reviews on this page are a good indication of how they act at their establishment.
