The best UPS store I’ve been to, customer service is 11/10. There are other UPS stores closer to me, but I always go to this one because they’re always so helpful and kind.

Went here because the reviews were all great, and Im really glad I did. Had quite a bit to ship, main guy was incredibly helpful and nice! Would go out of my way to use this location in the future.

Quite simply the best.

It is easily worth driving a few extra minutes to come to this location. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Its a new UPS location so the space is clean and nice. This is my go-to UPS store during Covid. Easy street parking, never a problem to find a space. Owner goes above and beyond for customer service.

I’ve been here multiple times to print and mail packages, even got something notarized. The cost to print was very reasonable and they do color, double sided. Notary was $15.Would highly recommend this UPS over others

I was recently driving around here and noticed a newly opened UPS store located across from my gym. Its a little further out than my closest UPS provider but is worth it because of Octavio. Hes professional and polite, you can tell he authentically is happy to help you for your shipping needs. Cant recommend this UPS store enough. Go here if you want great customer service.

People make business and both guys that are working there are really nice. I had to print out a passport picture and they were really helpful. Its nice to see that people like that still run places.

Best in LA!!! Ive been to UPS stores all over our county, none as helpful as 3019 Ocean Park. Customer service is top notch and the staff treat regulars like family, which is why I go back time and time again. When you know better, you do better, and that means I now skip the post office.

Found this store not too long ago (they are actually new to the area). Went in to take care of some shipping needs (UPS specific). The store is clean, organized, and Octavio was super helpful, courteous, and professional.

Went in there to mail out some important documents, everyone was friendly and helpful and i was wowed by how clean and organized this place was. Plus they sell stationery and can create business marketing materials. Will def be back!!!

I had to call in and the Owner actually answered the phone himself. I had a question concerning shipping a large crate to Chicagoland. He gave me expert guidance and expedited my order. The packaging quality was very impressive. There are UPS Store and there’s the UPS Store on Ocean Boulevard. This is an extraordinary place.
