Awesome customer service. always fully stocked in every item that they carry. Very attentive at the register you dont ever have to wait very long

Terrible. I asked the girl in the front if she could tell me what foundations i have bought she said they could tell me at the register. I go to the register the girl had her back turned not even paying attention. Finally she looked i asked her and she pointed and said overthere. Not helpful. I just said ill go to the one in jcpenney they are always friendly and helpful. This one is terrible.

I don’t live anywhere near a Sephora or Ulta so the rare occasion that I get to Santa Rosa is like Christmas to me. I save up for these trips.I recently ordered a $130 eyeshadow palette online from Sephora. It did not perform to my expectations and I wanted to exchange it. Since I ordered it from Sephora, I was told I couldn’t return it here. What?? That makes no sense. I ordered from Sephora so I can’t return to Sephora. I had my invoice, the original packaging, everything. I was told I’d have to drive across town to another store.My parents drive me through the area for doctors appointments and neither of them are comfortable driving in cities. There was no way I was getting to the other Sephora. So I’m stuck with a very expensive palette that I do not like.Before I left the mall, I stopped in at Ulta. I returned, with no problems, a foundation I had ordered online. I picked up a palette and some eyeliner. The associates were friendly and helpful. Safe to say, I won’t be returning to this Sephora again.

The sales personnel are rude and condescending. They either don’t care about the customer needs or don’t want to be bothered. There was a lot of “chatting” among themselves. I actually heard two saleswomen dissing a customer, saying she was beyond their help. Of note she was older (40ish). One actually told her she would be better off shopping through Avon!! oh my gosh.

I had a really positive experience at this Sephora location today. The ladies I spoke with were both knowledgeable and friendly. Both engaged me in conversation about fragrance samplers which I was there to purchase. I was also given several free fragrance samples and was encouraged to ask for as many as I wanted. Ive never had a bad experience with Sephora.

Recently I went in looking for a new foundation. Seeing how it was the weekday early evening, I didnt expect it to be to busy. 2 girls working, no one came to assist me standing around I went to go let them know what Im here for. The 1st young tall girl did not look enthusiastic doing her job, match my color applied it to me then gave me a compact and said her and walk away! Lol I had to go find her as she left! That I did not want it.I told the other girl what im looking for she tried on a foundation for me I asked to go the next shade darker...she told me to WAIT the color needs to set in, to wait 5 min....im like I hve a 5mos in a stroller and if I need to wait CLEARLY this isnt what im looking for! The girls are not helpful its ridiculous...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I will never buy Bare Minerals from JCP Sephora. Staff is very ignorant regarding skin care and this product!!!! I use BM Prime but noticed it was flaking after application. Girl at JCP Sephora told me it was my skin and I should exfoliate daily!!! OMG what a stupid answer! I asked if it had an expiration date....answer was no. I called 800 # for BM and talked to a more informed person who looked it up and said an opened bottle has a 12 month expiration. That was a more justifiable answer versus the opinion of a dim wit at JCP Sephora!!!!!

The woman who was helping me was awesome. I didnt know what I wanted so she gave me some recommendations and I love everything she picked. Better then sex mascara which is, in fact, better then sex! Some benefit give me brow+ stuff that Ive tried once because I just got home from Sefora but I can already tell its a life changer and some Kat von D eyeliner. I hate shopping because I get a bit overwhelmed but I left the store with a smile on my face thanks to the helpful, knowledgable staff member. Ill definately return to this location.
