I love coming here because its always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The service is completed quickly and efficiently which I really appreciate. Ive been going here for around 5 years after going to another European Wax Center for close to 5 years back in Florida where I used to live. I wouldnt trust anyone else to do my waxing.

I love the lady that does my waxing. She is awesome. I cant remember her name but she has her head shaved. Shes quick and painless

It was my first time so anyone can relate with being shy undressing before someone else but she really did a great job of making me as comfortable as possible she spoke to me through out the whole procedure before I knew it we were done I will be back for sure.Thanks so much I left you a tip though it wasnt worth your time.

I hadn’t had a Brazilian in over a year and a half because I moved and was putting off finding a new esthetician because finding a new person to be all up in your business can be a little awkward and then covid happened and everything closed. I had Samantha and she was super friendly and I immediately felt comfortable with her.

Kaitlyn was incredible!!! Im definitely going to request for her everytime I book an appointment. I had all works done and she was just the right person do it, very bubbly, full of positive spirit which is very helpful with ignoring the pain of getting waxed. The staff are overall amazing!

Alex is the best! Always a good experience here. You definitely get what you pay for with quality service. Their serum products work great for helping with ingrowns too. You get a free service if youre new, so give them a try!

I had such a great experience at EWC. It was my first time waxing my underarms so I really didnt know what to expect. Abbie was awesome. She was really quick and it was almost completely painless. It took only 10 minutes and I barely felt any discomfort. As a first time guest the service was free and I got some samples of their products!

Staff is great, always stands as you enter! Love Annas service too. She cares about her clients and it shows. Book with her if you can!

Ive loved all the wax professionals, except one, and she did a fine job, I just didnt especially click with her. The front desk personal always seem to go out of their way to be helpful, cheerful, and kind. AND this sort of wax doesnt hurt as much as regular waxing!!!

They are closing earlier today because is hallowen.... Seriously?... They always put phone calls on hold for long periods of time. Everytime I call to book and appointment the recepcionist are not very friendly. IIf you ask for anspecific time the answer is ALWAYS IS NOT AVAILABLE, they never try to accomodate they offer you want they want. The only reason I come to this place is because I bought the pre paid sessions but, as soon as I finish I will never come to this place.

Great services available, the staff are expertly trained in their field. Quality, care, and skin is their top priority. Love that I can book online and be seen in short notice.

Best eyebrow wax in 2 states. And reasonable!

Waxings and staff have all been good. Major scheduling issue however. The have a VERY firm policy if you are late or miss, which is not an issue if it was quid pro quo. It is not. Booked a day ago prior to departure for a trip. Received a call 1 hour prior to the appointment indicating the waxer had a emergency and they cannot take me. Next appointment if, of course, after I leave. The appointment is in 1 hour. I leave in 24 hours out of the country. Nice going euro wax. So, if you are late expect to be held accountable. If they blow it no accommodation. The person on the phone offered to get me a waxing appointment at another different, non-franchise facility. No thanks, I have Google as well. They just lost my business. European wax, you have multiple waxers on staff, move them around and figure it out next time. That is how a business runs. Thats what we do in our business. Thats the way it works having customers and dealing with the public. Not ok. The franchise looses all future business due to poor handling of an issue. I show on time and I expect not to be kicked one hour prior to appointment. You have a scheduling issue and you work out the issue without client impact. If there was one person in a small waxing facility, then I get it. European wax however? No, you had options you just elected to take the easy route and attempt to re-book a booked appointment.

I really miss Kylee. She was the only person I trusted w/ my brows and the girl that I went to that they recommended did a horrible job. My brows were not even at all. Wish I could of gotten my money back. I know they grow back but I was never disappointed when it came to Kylee ):

I paid for 12 up front which is proving to be a mistake because they if didnt already have my money, theyd make sure I got there so they could. Id got a call the day before this whole time until last month. They called my wife and she went in. When she asked about mine, she was told it was last week and he didnt show. The lady that does my wax, AWESOME. the lady that dials the phone...... oh wait, shes not dialing the dam phone

This is the closest location to me via a 2 hour drive. I was 9 minutes behind because of construction on the road and they would not accommodate me. This was my first visit.
