Sephora has great options for all price points. They are very helpful when you need them to be. Much better than Mac!

I was a little embarrassed to go in and ask for help..but finally went in and ask for assistance the two lovely ladys help me out..I ask if they had anything for scars..one lady show me around I ended up buying the 90 dollar scar cream...the reason it has 3 stars at the time at check out..one of the ladys ask the cashier if I purchase the 90 dollar scar cream..I guess verifying I didnt steal it..it didnt sit right in my mind assuming I would steal something from sephora..I dont know what made her think I would steal something..I guess thats how the treat everyone there..made me feel bad..but so far love the cream..hope it works

Found some really nice foundation for my girlfriend, had 2 staff members take care of us and give their opinions and it made her and I feel very taken care of. Even amidst the pandemic, Sephora makes it work. Go you!

They interrogate you before they let you into the store. and then theyre not very knowledgeable about their products that they carry. for instance I asked about Givancy perfume and they told me that they dont sell it but then when I got home and looked online I saw that they do indeed sell it. I found that they hover over you the entire time in the store as if youre some criminal or something and they dont give you a minute alone to think. If you dont make a purchase right away they double team you and the second person comes along and interrogates you even more. I really felt creeped out when I was there I will not go back it wasnt a good experience thats just too bad for them because I can buy perfume in other stores like macys or Nordstrom. and thats why where I will be taking my business from now on.

This is a nice store, it has all the high end makeup lines and a good selection of skincare. I am a big fan of their nail polish, products and tools for makeup and skincare. I love the travel/mini sizes of the essentials when I just want to sample something new. The staff are generally knowledgeable and friendly, but they dont give as much attention to teens.

Always really cool and friendly staff that just want to inform you and help you make the best purchases. No underlying judgment or pressure to buy a billion different things. Everyone is doing an amazing job!

I am not into buying makeup. But the people in here try to be friendly and try to explain different things that they think I would be interested in purchasing for Christmas gifts. They are friendly ladies and I think you could find just about any kind of makeup in there

They have good quality makeup. They also have break-out free products too. You can try on a vast array of colors of eye-shadow, lipsticks (they have samplers so its sanitary), and foundation. They basically have a the makeup any girl could need!

Yes they have everything, but nobody would wait on us, then we were asked to sign in so someone could color match us, they never came to help us so we did it ourselves. When they asked if we still needed help, we explained no that they took too long and they didnt even apologize. The place was empty too so they werent even busy.

Still my favorite place to shop for makeup and SS the least trends.
