Great staff, helped me out with moving from sprint to tmobile pretty quickly. I also was able to get a s20+ with smasung buds for a fair price. Very happy with my experience.

They have great staffs. Gabriel Vandana was the one who helped me with my account issue. He did a good job and willing to help customers even if they would buy a product or not. This man is one of the reasons why I would stay with TMobile.

Since the age of 12 Ive been under my parents plan with at&t and have had two phones with that provider. I am now 20 and about to move out of my parents house around december and decided to get a new phone and line with a whole new company. I went into T-Mobile to see what they have to offer and all I can say is wow... Wow in the best way for the switch was made easy as possible and acquiring a new phone was just as easy. With the help from the manager francisco and an employee named Joseph, not only was everything easy and very straightforward, I felt welcomed and appreciated by the two of them. The environment felt welcoming and easy to navigate and if the two were busy they would address you anyway to ensure you dont stand there too long awkwardly.I reccomend this Specific T-Mobile to everyone! Switching from at&t to T-Mobile was possibly the best switch I have ever done in my life, I am very satisfied with T-Mobile 5G!

Great experience from the Sprint store in the Citadel Mall. Mr. IGNACIO helped me with an issue that I had previously tried having remedied at the sprint store located in Fountain CO. I couldnt get it taken care in Fountain and Mr. IGNACIO took care of my issue immediately in a professional manner. He did a great job and made me a believer in Sprint again. Ignacio helped us fix our sons phone when it went into a disabled status. I spent hours trying to update/recover this phone through iTunes with no luck. If I could give this store 0 stars I would!!! People need a lot more training!!! They had no idea what they were doin and took forever! I had to call sprint to get my bill the way I wanted it in the first place! They set me up they the most expensive plan when I asked for the cheapest plan! Just horrible service. Not only was helpful, but he was professional, courteous, and ended up making my life so much simpler. I rely on my phone so much and now it works better, has more memory, and he even installed voice to text messages. i will definitely come back to this store to have Robert help me again.

Robert and Zak are the dream team. They helped me and my husband out with 2 new iPhone 7’s in less than 25 minutes. Zak was very thorough and precise. The gentlemen inside this store freaking rock! My overall experience with the guys helping out my girlfriend and her new phone issues was freaking superb. I’d like to take time to commend your employee Makia. It was my third time in the store after receiving bad information from a previous employee. In regards to an upgrade, I asked if giving my old phone back will adjust my monthly device fee/charge. The first employee insisted it wouldn’t because it’s an older iPhone and I’ve owned it for years. but come To find out, it most certainly does effect my price if I trade in my old device. Over the 18 month lease it’s about $350 difference. To be subtle I was furious, especially because I was getting the whole “sorry too late” answer from everyone else. Makia however not only made it right with exhausting back and forth, But.. get ready for this.. offered to come in on his day off, whenever Convenient for me to make sure I walked away with no doubts. You can read that again if you need. especially considering how customer service is a dying breed almost anywhere you go these days. I make maybe one review a year, if that. But this employee deserved recognition.

Tucker, Zak, and Harlow were all very helpful. Made my switch from Verizon a lot easier than I thought on top of managing all the other customers that came in too. I recommend this store 10 times over.

I was very pleased with the service I got today. My phone was frozen on the reboot screen and I was freaking out and Mr. Ignacio helped get my phone restarted and everything was still there. He got my life back. Im so grateful.

They provided me service, but I got a better deal on the My Sprint app on my phone. The live chat agent gave me the same service for $20 less. He told me I didnt need unlimited and also saved another $5 using auto pay. For 2 gb and only 1 phone, its $30 month. The more lines the cheaper it is. The manager in the store was helpful transferring my service and explain how to use it. But now, I deal with the chat agents who were more helpful, faster, and I did everything from home. I have been happy with Sprint. Verizons phone, no service in my apartment and no signal with T-Mobile. But TMobile and Sprint are merging by 2019. So I guess they will, also, have a signal here then. But I will stay a Sprint customer.

Came in looking for a phone, had the prepaid one. Worked wonders til the memory ran out so we decided to upgrade. Chris listened to what we were looking for and got us a good deal. I dont give reviews lightly either. And he went above and beyond for us. Thank you!

We just finished working with Ignacio Mata on revising our plan and changing an old Blackberry to a Samsung S3. Ignacio did an excellent job of explaining the new plan in detail, which saved us some money. He then did the technical work in the phone conversion without any problems. We were very impressed working with him, and will return to him for future business.

Up until now, Ive always dreaded trying to upgrade my phone, but Zak has completely changed my opinion on this. Would like to just say a few things about the sprint store on powers and Barnes. It was the worst experience I have ever had with any cell store, they told us lies to come to Sprint from Verizon and did not give us the current pricing for anything. So we came over to the sprint store in the Citadel Mall to see if they could help us and it was the best. Sales men Ignacio helped us with every thing we needed and was 100 with everything and explained everything the right way. He made a very bad and dishonest satiation right. So if you want real and honest help go to the Citadel Mall and ask for Ignacio and let him hook you and your family up.

I had such an issue trying to order a phone thru sprint online. There was an issue with credit verification from past security freeze. I called a store and I was helped. They were patient even when we got hung up on. Definitely will stay loyal to this store. Travis and Xavier are awesome.

Worst customer service I have ever I went in to that store because Sprint sold me a defective phone i went into that store to get it replaced. They refused to replace my phone. The first guy that was helping me was willing to at least help me and get a working phone. Then this extremely rude girl refused for him to give me the phone even tho there store sold me the phone in the first place. I would rather wait 5 hours at a different store compared to ever coming back to this awful store. Then when that lady refused to give me a replacement phone I was just sitting there trying to put my phone back together no one even offered to help they grabbed my phone and took it apart but refused to help me put it back together and then no one would even look at me in the store after that. I would recommend that you try every other store besides this one.
