My daughter and I had a FANTASTIC experience with Mark Anthony Carter!!! He knew everything about all the phones! He patiently answered all our questions, and my daughter had plenty!! He was very knowledgeable, very professional, very patient, very nice and very personable! How lucky were we to get Mark Anthony to wait on us!!!! I hope AT&T appreciates him!! He’s an awesome person!!

I had a great experience today at the AT&T store because I had the nicest salesman, Mark Anthony Carter. I tend to be one of those customers that 101 questions, but always feel bad and reluctant to ask but he made it so easy to ask and made me feel comfortable. He was so nice, so professional and so patient. Mark Carter was great and I’m so glad my Mom and I were fortunate to get him to serve us!!!!

Anthony was excellent! I’ve been locked out of my email for a week, and spent an hour on the phone with two different support people at AT&T support, neither of whom could help me. Anthony got me back into my email in 10 mins, and gave me some good advice about email security. He deserves a raise or promotion.

I received outstanding service from ATT representative, Mark Anthony. He took the the time to figure out how to apply gift cards to my new phone that I had received from ATT for switching carriers. I had tried to have this transaction completed at other ATT stores but they were not able to figure how how to complete this. After completing this transaction he helped apply glass protector, case, pop sockets to my phone. I could not be happier with the service I received!!!😊
