Highly dissatisfied the Halloween night for adults whats the total scam they werent letting people even know got the games with tickets didnt even count. So you want absolutely no prizes and even worse the cards kept not working 1/2 hours at a time and I had to keep going on finding a person for mine card and my friends card, then they told me that a manager was coming in a red suit and you never even came just left me sitting there waiting so I waste even more time then by the time I knew at the end it was already over and I ask somebody if I could get a refund and they said absolutely not theres no refunds terrible experience be careful if you go next year oh yeah to make matters worse you can even get into where they said the dance floor was free and included the guy was super drunk and went even let you in, totally unprofessional, I guess they dont watch the people and make sure they dont drink on the job they could lose their liquor license for that

I watched the Argentina/ Brazil Copa game on a Sunday. We had a reserved table for 15. The chairs were comfortable. Unfortunately ESPN makes us watch boxing and other bloody sports like kick boxing on nearby screens. I didnt see any womens sports. Im done with fighting as a sport.

Yea place is decent for a date night or fun gathering. However there is a mask mandate and some employees arent wearing masks not enforcing guests to wear mask as well. Not to mention the cleanliness of the arcade isnt the best. I went to play a game with a handheld item and it was disgustingly sticky. Do better please

My sister had a birthday party for my niece here and this place is out of control amazing. Its geared towards the younger kids and the noise level is through the roof but everyone really had a good time. Its quite pricy but the fun the little AND BIG ones have is so worth it

Love love LOVE epicenter. We can have just as much fun on an adult date night as the kids can have on a day out. Its great for all ages. The arcade is very clean as well as the other spaces and its great the adults can enjoy a drink while in the arcade or bowling.

We had an event here for a war game and it was amazing. From the place, to the staff and the food. Seriously one of the best event venues in Sonoma County. Highly recommend!

Very large entertainment area with lots to do for all ages! Unfortunately, there’s plenty of downsides. To use the basketball gym is incredibly overpriced. I have gym membership with Anytime Fitness there and was hoping that in the future our membership could include the basketball gym.. just a thought 💭The arcade games keep glitching when you try to swipe. I’d say 1/15 swipes is faulty.The air hockey game had a broken screen count, hopefully that’s been fixed.Overall not a bad place.

Epic center? More like waiting center! We waited 45 minutes and still did not get to do the VR experience! The game broke, then some lady and her bratty kids claimed they “signed up first” even though that wasn’t true.The laser tag experience is fun, but it was only 12 minutes long.And if you want to go on the trampoline, you need to bring your drivers license/ID.

This review is purely based on their guest services and the fact that the phone goes unanswered even when there are no customers at the counter. Why list a phone number that’s not remotely useful. Why have a long voicemail memo about leaving a message your name and number if you aren’t even going to listen to the messages ?I left my hoodie there and called 3 days in a row about it (I wasn’t able to go to the building until day3) and never got an answer or voicemail response. On day 3 when I showed up luckily my hoodie was there, sure enough the phone is right next to the computer and attendant…. After retrieving my hoodie I waited for a moment when no customers were at the desk, called the phone sitting right next to the attendant and then watched them not answer it. Really?

I was a little taken back and frustrated when I found out parents are no longer allowed to assist a child in the play area today. My daughter who has severe autism and I need to be with her or she gets really upset and I cant help her down the slide. Now I understand a weight limit but I see some big kids in that area with no supervision and that terrified me letting her go alone! anywho very disturbing to be coming here for some time and was very excited to return after they reopened!I hope things get in order definitely has been really dysfunctional the last few times I have been there!

Worst service I have ever experienced. This is not a 49er friendly bar. We showed up early for the game. We were seated, then didnt get service for a half an hour. They refused to put the game on the big screen stating, all the tvs are pre-programmed. I was unable to see the game from where I was. I watched the first half on my phone, then moved right next to my table into a lounge area to watch the game, where the servers then said they would not serve me there. Fine, I was done, just waiting on some friends. They then took it a step further by stating, we will not serve your friends unless you return to the table.WHAT!?!? It seemed like they didnt like my solution to the problem. I couldnt watch the game and moved somewhere I could. Overpriced mediocre food on top. Need a zero star option.

Great idea poorest execution and management in the business. The people working are very rude young kids. No manners. Then they do not describe or tell you about the stuff well and you end up back in line multiple times to checkout new activities. Waiting for people to do waivers in line instead of asking them to do it before. Pretty much the worse managed and run entertainment center around. Go to Scandia or elsewhere cause this is over priced waste of time as a parent.

What an incredible experience! The VR with the zombie game was out of this world! The trampoline arena was a blast, very clean. The video games and the laser tag was fantastic. Two floors in the game, and the staff we very helpful and attentive.

Fun place thats actually affordable. Enjoyed it over Scandia (have a 5 year old) has a nice sized indoor play area plus good assortment of arcade games.. The added bonus were the prizes, tickets were easy to get and theres a good selection of items to get with the said tickets.

This place is full of little kid gambling and the worst part is they wont let you pay in cash the little bit of tickets you are short on buying something. They want you to go win the tickets. There are very few regular games. They are all like spin the wheel to get tickets. Too bad cause itsa huge place and they missed the opportunity to be a really neat place like buster & daves

I came for a birthday party on 9-18-21 here. Everyone arrived on time, the host hardly helped. We basically had to do alot ourselves and barely got to enjoy the place..I understand its busy, but they should have a certain amount of people in the place so that you guys are able to handle it. It was a 2+ hour wait for the pizza which should of been ready much sooner. Then we Never got the correct pizza, told them multiple times, still gave us the wrong pizza when pepperoni was asked for. 4 of the guest didnt even get to eat. 1 hr wait for laser tag. And the store to turn in the tickets on the card closed around 6, even after the guy said they were not closing it yet, so we didnt need to rush. Then we had our wrist bands for the VR, and apparently we had to sign up for it earlier and it was too late, which no one told us. Even the Slushies that were paid for took an hour and we only got 6 when the party was for 12..When paying for the food, we were clearly upset and they didnt seem to care and made it our fault, and only took off the 1 pizza that we did not want but said we still owed $30+ and werent getting the money taken off for the pizza that never arrived. The amount of money this place costs for an event and not including the ex food but all this is just ridiculous. I dont know how to feel about this place. The only thing that was fun was the laser tag. Not Satisfied. Idk if I recommend but we dont plan on having a party here again. Also the jungle gym is soemthing else to pay for now my little brother told me to give a 1 star but I gave 2 just because the kids were able to have some fun without noticing too much.

Fun games and the VR interactive game was a definite rush. The worker inside of the VR cleans it after each player so that was appreciated from a parents perspective. Rockin Jump was bought for an hour of fun and I wasnt told that they closed at 8pm so that was money down the drain as my son got to play for about 10 or 15 mins. There is also a restaurant inside with amazing customer service, and even better funnel fries!Enjoy!!! 😉

Slowwwslowslowslow service. My girlfriends drink was empty for nearly 15 minutes before she finally caught a bartender to ASK for a refill and they said oh he will be right with you. Which he was not. The southern board was rough. The candid pecans were mushy, the stuffed olives werent even stuffed, and the sliced Jim stuff was completely tasteless. I got a side of Mexican corn and could tell it was reheated because it was almost CARAMELIZED. Way too much lime juice.Didnt like this place at all.

You can reserve rooms for parties there. You can buy a card to swipe to play games and attractions. You can win tickets doing so. The tickets can be used to purchase ticket only merchandise. Theres food. The VR is fun.

It was my first time going to the Epicenter and I don’t think I want to come back. One of your workers was treating another customer there horribly. He was talking to a older gentlemen in a horrible way. It was about something that was related lasertag and the older gentlemen told the worker about something that was wrong . Then he called the older gentlemen uneducated and you can’t understand me. The worker was calling himself a manager that has been there since 2013 but he sure wasn’t acting a manger. Calling someone uneducated geez.

One of the best place for family fun. If you have whole day, but the pass, so you can enjoy every single game. However, if your time is limited, try the laser tag game, and DX ride. The food court is spacious with reasonable price,( I didnt try the sports bar, so I dont know the quality) all the staff is very friendly, but sometimes the waiting can be a little long.

Honestly gone a bit down in hype. Reasonable prices. A lot of arcade games tend to be down often. Food is pretty nice, not much sanitizing of anything during covid .

Ive been coming here for over 4 years and playing in the play structure with my 4 year old daughter and never once been Warned Or been told I could not go up there and play with my daughter till yesterday all of a sudden its a new rule what a joke but they still let adults and reckless kids jump in the rocket jump trampoline dont you think thats more dangerous adults jumping with kids 4 and under makes no since and there staff there is a joke and should all be fired

This place is great- had my first indoor meal in over a year and my burger was bomb. Their covid protocol was on point and you can tell they want to do things right. Cant wait for the whole area to open up and play some arcades!

I little pricier than I prefer, but there are so many things to do here, its awesome. Its all indoors... gym, playing fields and courts, laser tag, arcade with tickets and prize room, bowling alley, a Starbucks, a restaurant and sports bar, hot dog and pizza restaurant, and I know Im forgetting a couple things.

Great place with just about everything you can think of. Its a wonderland for kids and adults at the same time. Arcade, soccer, basketball, trampoline, bowling, Starbucks, sports bar, etc.

My boyfriend, our friend, and I went and it was really fun! However, my boyfriend called the day before we went to see what was closed due to the Pandemic. Only Laser Tag was closed, which makes sense and I wouldnt have participated in it anyway. However, the employee my boyfriend spoke to did not tell is that the Prize Area was closed. Between all three of us, we had about 2,000 tickets and we realized the Area was closed. We went on the trampoline, got a coffee from their shop inside and went home. Overall, it was a really fun day, but I wish we had known we could not get prizes that day. We now will have no problem getting a Prize next time and the games were fun.

Great place to take the kids with the trampolines and arcade. They also have a good sports bar and bowling. The indoor Starbucks is a great addition also.

If youve never been there its a lot to take in when you first walk through the door. Although its so much fun. From laser tag to the jumping youll have a blast. Great fun for all ages. I would 100% recommend this pace for a party or just a fun night out.

At Victory House. Lots of TVs for sports watching. Food is good and a full service bar. Theres even a lounge with chairs and couches for the living room experience.

Went here for my birthday (March 7th) yesterday to go bowling and loved it! After playing several games of bowling we decided to walk around and check out everything else! I was blown away by the arcade area theres also a huge indoor soccer area and trampoline area too! Pretty freaking awesome Id love to play laser tag next time!

I love the Epicenter!!! There is so much to do, definitely something for everyone! I was reading reviews and wanted to clarify that the Epicenter does not have Rock Climbing walls, Go Carts, or pool tables! I don’t know if that information was given by word of mouth or what BUT if you look at the website those aren’t advertised. Just a heads up :)

So much to do! Indoor soccer and basketball, Anytime Fitness, trampoline park, bowling, laser tag, arcade, sports bar, Starbucks and more.

It’s a great place that has appeal for all ages, kids and adults. We watched the birthday group bowl, then when they played laser tag and other games, we dined in the restaurant while watching the NCAA championship games which were in full swing. The restaurant had a rather large menu which appealed to our adult tasted. We had the wings and a giant burger which were pretty good. With a full bar available and televisions all around,, it’s definitely an adult friendly bar/restaurant. It is also kid friendly. The Eoicenter provides multiple activities for all ages. Fun times for energetic families or teens. Even grandma and grandpa found the restaurant quite suitable for lunch.

While everything in here looks NEW, it retains its vibe of a magical play world where you can bring your whole family to. There is something for everyone here. From kids play pens to bowling to the high end VR experience; Epicenter, in a word, is EPIC.

I love this place, i like it becuse it provides many different social environments. From bowling to video gaming, lazer tags, planty of bars ( Thats my favorite one ), now they do dancing club and i was there on opening day. And im proud to say i was the 1st customer they opened this bottle for on the 1st day and it wasnt even o the system yet lol.

Went to epic center as a group of 40 or 50 with my family to celebrate a family members birthday that recently passed away. The owner made it very uncomfortable for my whole family stuck us in a room so he could monitor the cameras and had a Security guard standing at the back of the room the entire time. Tried to put someone out for drinking in their car b4 they came in. And so much more. We where just there to enjoy our self as a family and they wasn’t possible at all thank you to the owner. The servers and staff was very nice.

This place is always fun. Great for the adults to hang out at Victory House while the kids play. Its also fun to bowl. Victory House has great food, good prices, very good service. Great place to watch sports. Love all the tvs and how big they are.

There is so much to do in this center and I feel like Id never run out! Ive only visited the arcade and soccer arena in a 11pm Tuesday, and was surprised by how well kept the arcade machines are! Im also impressed how late you can play soccer in the same building. Im an arcade dude, my brother is a gym junkie, and my father is a soccer enthusiast. Wed all be kept busy here for sure.

I live in Oakland California and we have something similar to the Epicenter called Planks but this one is so much cooler and bigger. I didnt get to explore much of it but went went to the sports bar and all the surrounding TVs were pretty awesome. I loved the food as well.

Really great place for families. The sports bar is definitely a great place to have a drink, but the service outside of the actual restaurant (by the bowling alley) is lacking. As far as I could tell, they dont seem to have a system out there. I waited 2.5 hrs before someone even came to my section. In their defense it was during the last game of the NBA Finals.

Had lots of fun. Very family friendly. Everyone that works there were great and treated us super nice. Food was great. Just a great place to take the family. Thank you Epicenter Santa Rosa.

I cant speak for the rest of the facility but the bowling alley at epicenter is honestly not great, the pin resetting system is unusual in that all the pins are attached by wire and are pulled back into position after each turn. Unfortunately, this occasionally causes some issues with pins getting knocked down when they shouldnt have been. Also, the last time I went there the lane we used seemed to be warped and caused the balls to go off to one side. Other than that, the employees are friendly and helpful and the sports bar restaurant has tasty food.

Lots of options for things to do, parking has gotten better lately but be prepared for crowds on busy days. Its a noisy environment, but what else would you expect. The bowling is a little different (pins on strings) but at least you can stay in Santa Rosa to bowl. My only complaint is they seem to Nicole and dime you here; but it is a business and a large facility.

Honestly, it is great for kids but the service is poor. Employees talking to each other and ignoring people and just not doing their jobs. I waited 30 minutes for a corn dog and never got it. Just dont even get food here.

Fun place to hang out any time. Lots of stuff to do no matter where you look. Good for all ages. Ive been there to watch games at the bar, bring a youth group to play laser tag, and just hang around with family. A little pricey, especially the longer you stay, but its clean and well run.

Ive always wondered, is the name meant to be said Epic Center? Or simply epicenter, like the originating center of an earthquake?Either way, its the most fun my kids have had for a while. Jump area, play area, arcade, bowling, you name it, theyve got it.

FUN place with 3D games and laser tag which was awesome! Bowling is cool. Drinks are good too! There is also Starbucks and a gym. Perfect location. Can get a little crowded, which makes parking a challenge. Over all I recommend. 😁

This place is really special. Great for kids and groups. Parking was a bit rough on a busy day, but the concept here is genius. I hope they open more locations across Sonoma county. Its clear people need more if this indoor activity!

Anytime fitness! This gym is extremely clean and staff is great!! Also, victory house has really good food options! Havent bowled the lanes here, but the arcade and laser tag is a blast! This place is excellent for all ages!

Epicenter is a really cool place that I think Santa Rosa really needed to compete with other entertainment centers in neighboring towns. Theres a sports center, laser tag, arcade, restaurant and bar, and dont forget bowling! Full service Starbucks inside too! Ive been here maybe four times over the past year or so and never encountered an unpleasant employee. The food from the restaurant is good, the Starbucks is well run, and the bowling prices are fair. (A little expensive, but fair given the atmosphere and furnishings.) The arcade is a little new school for me as far as game selection but I guess Im getting old. I dunno. Cool prize room to motivate the kids though and our three year old has fun in the giant play area for small kids as well. All in all this is a really cool project. I was excited to visit when it was opening its doors for the first time and Im still excited when we visit today. Check it out!
