I usually get great experience but today i stood in the rain for nearly 10 minutes with doors that were locked. The lady could clearly see me and i waved at her til she opened the doors. All i wanted was a begal and coffee before going to class today

Loved the bagels here. Had the spicy eggel on an everything bagel and it was amazingly good. Quirky decor inside which was great.

Best iced coffee I’ve ever had! They use coffee ice cubes which is genius because your coffee never gets watered down!! Definitely recommend to anyone that loves iced coffee.

The Shangri-Lox is worth it. They do a good job with that schmear.

First time in and enjoying it. Needed to kill some time before an appointment down the road. If you are looking for craft lattes, high-end baked goods, or table service this isn’t your spot. BUT it is perfect for a simple cup of black coffee, croissant or bagel. Not overly expensive like other places in the area, and still delicious. Croissant was surprisingly light, fluffy and crisp. Service was fast and friendly. I’d come back.

Absolute favorite place to get my Chai Tea Latte, the sweet and bitter taste is like no other. The people and place itself are very welcoming too. 10/10 would recommend if you like natural flavors and stronger coffees.

They make iced coffee with actual coffee ice cubes so it doesnt get watered down. Their bagels are also fantastic!

Discovered this place whole driving north on Mendocino. If youre not specifically looking for it, youll miss it. Their bagels are made fresh daily, the coffee is good and the staff is young and upbeat. This location is split into 2 sections, the second place is a nice place to take your coffee and a book away from the noise near the counter. Parking is plentiful!

Amazing Iced green tea with honey! And the barista was soooo sweet and helpful and friendly. She seemed like she genuinely lived her job. Such a sweet little coffee spot!

My Friend Joe Coffee is a cute little place at Renner Gas in Cloverdale. They have a drive thru and walk up window. The Barista was very talented and personable. Stop in to my friend Joes Coffee.

I started going here because its across the street from my workplace, but now its my go-to whenever Im in Santa Rosa. The service is friendly, the prices right, and the food and beverages well-made. The atmosphere is also mellow and pleasant.

A wide variety of coffee and tea. Maybe my experience was a one off that wasnt good. Ordered a spiced chai latte, all it tasted like was licorice and water. The coffee we ordered too had a flat taste. Had I tried it when I was there I wouldve asked for something else but I had already driven down the road. I saw a Peetes coffee and tea down the road. Pulled over, poured out my coffee and chai. Went to Peetes. I dont think Ill be going back here unless someone else is taking me. It certainly wouldnt be my first choice.

Came in and got a small white mocha and a lady lox, 16.00 USD. Ok, its California I expect things to be pricy. 15 percent tip on cards is the lowest so 2 bucks on top of that (we all know the routine).Sandwich came first. Not bad, nothing to complain about, nothing great. Coffee was a few minutes later... tasted like burnt hair. Seriously the worst experience i have ever had with coffee and the second time it has happened at this location.If your gonna charge an arm and a leg for a cup of coffee, at least hire a barista that knows how to make a drink...Took me all of 3.50 to get a non gross coffee at the JC library when I left here...

Terrible. My bagel was made as if someone slapped all the ingredients together with no thought. It wasnt even cut in two, it was cut by a person who vaguely knows how to use a knife. The whole thing was falling apart and they added pepperoncinis when I specifically did not ask for it. Staff needs better training.

Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by someone the cashier of the Mexican decent is super rude I use to come here everyday but you lost several customers to her someone that rude should not be working at a coffee shop I am a former barista and I know how things run at my friend joes they’ve tried to get me to work there several times and now that isn’t even a thought in my brain I couldn’t work with someone so pigheaded
