Best coffee shop in Santa Rosa, hands down. My husband loves the chai and my go-to is matcha sweetened with simple syrup. Oh, and not to mention the avocado toast… which is *chefs kiss* perfect. Their coffee is also phenomenal. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. The atmosphere is upbeat and calm, and the shop is always clean. It’s a great place to hang out for a while. I recommend this place to all of my friends.

Cant say that I was impressed. I ordered a small Mocha flavor was soso,price was high, coffee was much smaller than I expected. Over all I wouldnt go back.

Whoa, I said on first sip. Now, THAT is a latte. An exquisitely creamy latte. Worth the extra buck. And Nick was friendly in a Im-not-just-giving-you-my-run-of-the-mill-customer-service-spiel, but seemed genuinely passionate for giving folks a great experience and delicious coffee. Will be back!

Definitely my favorite coffee shop in Sonoma county. I drive from Sebastopol to Santa Rosa almost everyday. That’s how it good it is :) I’m always looking for a coffee shop with consistency and everytime I order a latte from here, it’s always delicious! The owner and people who work here are always so friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

Sitting outside writing this review before my memory forgets! Just ordered a blueberry scone and a small iced mocha! Super fresh and coffee is on point! Chatted with Max, super nice guy! (chatted about Stumptown coffee, a huge staple in Portland, OR.) great conversation I look forward to making land and water coffee my regular spot! As I support local and not big evil coffee corporations! Check out Land and Water coffee (although 2 weeks old) its worth it and I cant wait for more amazing drinks on the menu! Cheers Max!

Land and Water does not disappoint! They are a super friendly group of locals who serve up a fantastic latte (perfect temperature with fancy foamed art and all) and a delicious blueberry scone. Can’t wait to try more of what they have to offer. They have another roasting location in town, but I’m so glad to see them in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa. I’ll be back (often).

Land and Water Coffee is a worthy successor to the former Acre downtown location! Espresso and cold brew is amazing, with locally roasted and super fresh beans, and the chocolate chip cookie hit the spot! I cant wait to go back!
