Well the end of an era has come in my favorite pawn shop will be closing very soon. I remember first walking in and loving the place and especially loving the fact it was a family-owned business because I tend to frequent family-owned businesses more just out of pure love for the game. So everyone needs to run down and buy them out of the rest of their tools that were left and DVDs Electronics do not expect any jewelry theres on a stitch in the store theres a few purses and just a whole lot of tools so get your behinds down there and show some love Thanks for the Memories guys

I just went pick up some precious metals which I had taken a loan out on last March. The owner informed me that (supposedly) they had a burglary on May 23rd and everything including the contents of their safe was stolen. They offered to dismiss my loan which was less than 1/4 of the value of my property. Pretty convenient that they (supposedly) do not have insurance to cover the cost(or if they do are going to keep the money, which is what I suspect) .DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT do business with these PEOPLE.

This Pawn Shop is the best ever. They have friendly happy welcoming employees. Each time Ive been in there its like we all are friends from way back. I appreciate their service and attitude. Thanks guys keep up the good service.

I was really impressed with the service I received. An employee named Carlos helped me. I came in with some gold and he asked how much I wanted for it and I said $200 and he could’ve completely just gave me that, but instead was honest and gave me the actual worth and explained to me how much gold is worth. I’ve gone to best collateral and they completely low ball me and try and give you the very minimum.... definitely isn’t like that at Santa Rosa pawn. I’m happy with my experience and definitely will be coming back! Thanks :)

I mainly shop for movies here, but they have a good selection of the things most commonly found at pawn shops. The staff and owner are very nice and respectful. The get lots of movies in both DVD and Blu Ray formats with good prices as well as turn of product. I have been shopping here for 2+ years now and am always satisfied. They also kept and eye out for my Stolen Santa Cruz Heckler.

Not a fair price on my Microsoft surface .. $30 on a loan and 40 to sell 🤔 nah won’t be doing business here I can and will sell on offer up . I was easily offered $150.

Dont waste your time here. The staff wasnt knowledgable of their own meager, overpriced inventory. Also, one of the employees wasnt understanding my question and as I tried to clarify, the middle aged employee with greasy hair yelled at me from across the store, telling me not to be so rude. All the reviews of this place on yelp and Google sound exactly right!

Bought a tool they said I had three days to return if the Tool did not work, it did not work they refused to give me my money back so now I have a credit to a store I do not want to do business with,I have had much better experiences with Pawn Shops Down Town

Lets just say a former long time friend of mine stole two of my Grandpas gold coins that he saved all his life. Something told me to go to THIS very pawn shop and sure enough when I showed the man behind the counter if he had seen this woman in his store his eyes bugged out of his head and he was quickly hushed by the owners son. That was all I needed to phone the SRPD. Once interviewed the owner reluctantly coped to having my coins but did say he had coins from the same person, Christina Gonzalez. I had a picture of the coins but he said the 03 looked like an 08. So he refused to help me get back these see mental coins of mine all out of making a stupid 100$. Hes dishonest, sells crap and stolen items. Ill never forgive or forget this day. Police said there really is no way to get my coins back. Arent people pathetic.
