We had a cracked window pane in one of our bedrooms and needed to get it replaced. It was only a few days to get someone out to get a quote, and two weeks from that, our custom window was ready and installed very quickly and easily. It looks great, I would definitely recommend Jack Smith Glass for any window work needed.

From initial inquiry to completion of the job, the owner, office staff, and top-notch installation crew were exceedingly understanding and helpful. The installation professional, Russell, was timely and highly skilled. He was able to complete the repairs to our large, heavy sliding door perfectly. No question or concern was too small. Jack Smith Glass & Sash is most definitely second to none, and we will be hiring them in the future for all our glass needs and would never consider referring our family or friends anywhere else. They accidentally call you and hang up, then when you call them back they spam you w text messages and you can’t say “NO” to the texts

Attempted to hose me to put on a shower door they installed a few ago for over 2k which is around the total cost at the time. Takes the guys 2 hours so they are charging out $500 a hours.per guy. Won’t buy anything from these guys ever again. Go to Santa Rosa Glass or B&L as reasonable, won’t rob you and courteous.

Horrible service and predatory pricing. We used them for our shower doors a few years ago and recently did again and re-tiled our bathrooms and needed our cleaned up shower doors reinstalled. They balked, didnt want to reinstall the same ones they installed before, would gladly take our money for new ones and updating the hardware although wanted to charge us 2K... which was essentially what our shower doors and previous install was, said if they break the glass which is 3/8s glass so theyd have to intentially break it wed still have to pay and were completely rude and unprofessional where I will never use them nor recommend them to anyone and will tell all to go to Santa Rosa Glass, B&L glass or most likely any of their competitors who were friendly accomodating, reasonably priced and respectful. Shocked how bad they were and are to a repeat customer... Never again!

I just stopped by to have a piece of glass cut to size for a picture of my father that had cracked. Deborah was kind enough to get me all sorted out in no time at all. This was a wonderful experience that could have easily been transactional. Thank you for your pleasant service I will be back!

Dropped off some lanterns that needed new glass and they had it done in about an hour for a very reasonable price. Very professional and super nice.

A quality product, but frustrating customer experience.Very, very difficult to coordinate scheduling and installation of shower glass, and further delays due to repeated measurement errors. We made 10+ phone calls over several weeks; virtually all of went unreturned :( Apparently staff are not empowered to make scheduling appointments nor have visibility into the calendar themselves, and instead rely on a system of post-it notes left behind for someone who doesnt return calls.When we finally succeeded in scheduling an appointment and had our install day, one of the glass pieces was the wrong size. They had to re-order, and... once done, we then began AGAIN the process of trying to schedule an appointment...On the second install attempt, the piece was - yet again - the wrong size. Although the constant screaming and cursing of the install tech was mildly entertaining, it was also unprofessional - seemingly par for the course in working with this company. We continue to wait for our finished product.

The first time I went there I was impressed with the service I received, but then I tried a couple of times to get them to come out to our home to measure for shower doors and they just canceled the appointment told us they would call us back to reschedule and 3 weeks later when I call them to see when they where going to call or come measure they told me they were really busy and couldnt make it til next week. So in other words they dont need my business it was only 2 shower doors and 1 Shower Enclosure.

Just called to make an appointment to have a couple of windows replaced. The lady was very abrupt and totally rubbed me the wrong way.She cut me off to blurt out that they were at least 2 weeks out before I could finish my sentence, and then let me know when they could come rather than asking what days and times I was available, like both other places I called did. so I stopped short of making the appointment. Customer service which includes politeness, is more important than the cost to me.

Walked in, placed order for a piece of glass missing from a large picture frame, walked out minutes later, glass mounted in frame. Easy, friendly, quick service.

They are really nice. I recommend them.

These guys are great. I ordered a Milgard slider from them and I was so impressed with the job they did I had them come back and do the entire house with Milgard Windows. They did an excellent job installing them. Now it is 12 years later and I had a seal fail on two. My Windows came with a lifetime warranty but when I called Milgard they were making me jump through hoops to get any service. They wanted me to watch a video to learn how to take exact measurements and were being very difficult. I spent a long time on the phone, emailed photos of the Windows and the original orders etc and then never heard back from them. So today I called Jack Smith Glass and a few minutes later I had a Milgard rep on the phone who ordered the new replacements and gave me a date when they will be installed. Thank you Jack Smith Glass!This is a long time local glass company who takes good care of its customers. The people are friendly and very knowledgable. I highly recommend them.

Try to get a preliminary quote on some shower doors by telephone and they just wouldn’t. I’m not going to drive over there on the if-come-maybe I can get a quote in person.
