We had a dual-pane picture window which had apparently leaked and fogged up; it was that way when we moved in. I already had 16+ years experience as an electrician and handyman, including replacing broken window panes, but knew better than to do THIS replacement.I called multiple glass companies, but only Santa Rosa Windows & Glass was friendly, professional, and flexible. The first company which visited was rigid about doing things THEIR WAY, completely ignoring the preliminary info I had to give them on the phone. I felt talked down to both on the phone and in person. Their estimate was adequate, but I didnt feel comfortable about them.When SRW&Gs rep visited to give us an estimate, he was not at all like that. Before calling them, I had measured the window and was able to describe the specific problem, making it easy for them to give me a ballpark price range before the estimate visit. The eventual price was in the lower part of that range.The tech who did the estimate arrived on time and was both friendly and professional, answering my technical questions promptly and completely. I was given a detailed estimate via email that day and decided to accept it.The tech who did the replacement arrived on time, obviously knew what he was doing, and completed the job in less than an hour, cleaning up after himself, and creating NO collateral damage (something unfortunately quite common among service people).Overall, I can only recommend Santa Rosa Window & Glass as a 5-star, top-notch company. They will always have our business in the future.

True professionals who are both very nice and helpful. They will answer all of your questions and go the extra mile for you. They were able to get specialty glass for a project of mine and even offered reglazing services. They even came up with a very creative design for my clients pet door. It is a real pleasure to know that they are there for their customers and are both solution and satisfaction driven.

Absolute flake operation. After sending a person out to investigate the door and window problems I was told things will get moving. After a week I called Pat and he said nothing will proceed until I receive a quote, which is understandable, as it would be coming that same day. 3 weeks later and a phone call and I have received nothing.

Excellent service....I had a holiday coming and needed to replace panels on a china display cabinet. I came in, left the panels that were like the ones I needed, and went to have lunch next door.I came back and project was ready.good vibes, friendly customized service, quick turn around.What more could I want for a small job.

We waited a week past our promised delivery date but did not hear from the company. We canceled the order but Pat still charged our credit card and never delivered the glass for our table.

The instillation by Santa Rosa Glass was good. It’s been one year and one of the windows fogged up. Two months ago another window guy from the window insurance company said they would replace the fogged window. Still no word when they are coming back.

Do not hire pat powers to do any work for you, he is wrong 99 percent of the time, he showed up to our house very late from when he said he would be there, and he was completely unprepared to do the job, he came to measure our windows and didnt even have a tape measure, since we werent living in the house at the time we had to go down the street to borrow one. I find it completely unprofessional to show up to a job and not even have the basic tools to do the job. He also quoted us a time when it would be done, that date came and went and the job still wasnt done. He kept postponing the job. It finally got done a month later and the window still didnt look or work right, we had other glass needs but had no choice but to go somewhere else to get the job done and fix the window he did and clean it because i guess he thought he didnt need to clean the window when he put it in. So if you need any kind of glass I wouldnt recommend him unless you want the job to take forever to do and done wrong. If you need glass doors for your shower I would recommend a shower curtain before i would recomend him. He was also supposed to put locks on our windows that never got done we had to do that ourselves.
