My favorite local midsized hardware store. The guys are very knowledgeable on a wide variety of subjects and know where everything is because theyve been there for *years*. Way more helpful than the big box stores. Theres lumber in the back outside, but theres also a good selection of plywood and finishing type boards inside in the back. Theres a decent paint selection in front behind and above the counter (up a few stairs to a mid level). They carry Krylon which is my very favorite rattle can. Upstairs for patio I believe. Highly recommended. Oh! Now that OSH is out of business they also probably have the best screw and nut selection in the area, especially if you are looking for metric.

I always detour here even though Home Depot is closer. It is easier to get help and they have always provided sound advice for my DIY projects. Good folks!

We went all the way out to Mission Hardware from Rohnert Park in order to support smaller businesses. We were surprised to find the most unfriendly people working there.

I went to the paint section with my color selected and hopes high that an expert would be on hand to advise me. I was sold primer for a paint that already had primer in it. My painter tells me the primer should have been tinted to cover the existing color better. The paint expert was aware of the darker under color, thats why I was sold the primer to begin with.I had to return for a second gallon of paint. Thats two gallons of paint and one gallon of primer for a moderately sized bedroom with a wall of windows.

There are always helpful guys at the front door to show you where things are and tell you which product works best. The owner Mike is often there and is very knowledgeable. A world of difference between Ace and Home Depot.

This hardware store is AWESOME. The crew is very friendly and helpful, always willing to help you find the little pain in the neck plumbing fittings and adapters. Local family business, why would you not support this Sonoma County Gem of a hardware store. Besides sometimes they have FREE donuts and coffee in the mornings.

With 15 mins until closing, my husband and I were in a hurry to buy bolts for our broke down car (live 2 hours away). We walked in and an associate, pointed and walked us to the correct isle. Helped us find the right sizes and even filled out the price bag. Thank you sir Ray for your kindness.

Large store with good variety. Wish the customer service was on par with Bennett Valley Ace Hardware. I get the feeling that the personel would rather have a job somewhere else. I go here only if I need to.

My experience included but was not limited to Me Using the Bathroom. The bathroom was very clean. It made Me feel comfortable enough to complete My task.

I live in a mobile home and am a woman, I have always been treated with respect and been given very good advice and service. I do not have to hunt for help it is always there unlike the other stores like Lowes or Home depot.

This ACE is not large but it is well-stocked and the clerks are knowledgeable and friendly.

If my employees treated customers like I was treated Id let them all go. Couldnt even get the manager to look up for my question. Great company terrible location.

It is smaller than the big chains but stocked the hard to find items I needed for my remodel. They always had enough staff to give me personal help and time.
