These folks are very kind and helpful, enjoyed the conversations and interactions. All prices, parts availability and potential ups and downs were upfront and honest. Service personell didnt hesitate to hand out contact numbers to keep me informed, appreciated. My work vans radio no longer works after the visit but not a big deal. Not worth buying another rental while its fixed. I would easily go back nonetheless. Very satisfactory Sapulpa business over there.

They did a great job on my vehicle during this last snow we had. They even went above and beyond to let me have the rental that they got for another customer, that didnt work out for the gentleman, and within a week had my car done! They are great! Small town body works and would definitely recommend.

Dealership was going to charge me $187 for the part and a minimum of one hour labor $165. to put in a finder well that had come out... Got the part online for $51, and I-Care put it in for me and did an excellent job, for only $35 bucks... AMAZING crew of people! Will defiantly going back!Thanks Guys you made my day!!!

We had a little accident with our RAV4. We chose I-CARe Body Works and they did amazing job. We took it in on a Friday and the following Friday we picked it up. When we picked up the RAV it looked like nothing had ever happened to it as you can tell by the pictures. Everyone is so professional, and nice. They even washed and cleaned it before we picked it up.If you ever need your car/truck repaired we would recommend them.

We really felt taken care of as soon as we walked in. We were greeted with smiling faces and a wonderful aroma! They recently remodeled and it feels very cozy. The quote we received was a little higher then others we got but the experience was well worth it.

I recently was in an auto accident. The entire I-Care team was professional and courteous. They went above and beyond, helping me with every step of the process. They had ALL the answers, regarding what steps needed to be taken, and with whom. I legitimately felt treated like family. I have never been treated so well, by a company. There is absolutely no other place I would ever trust my vehicles with; they will always have my business. And Joel is absolutely amazing. Every company needs a man like Joel on their team!

Excellent body work. Made my truck look brand new after hitting a deer on the highway. Paint matches, bumper is on straight, I couldn’t ask for more!

Other place wanted $600 to straighten out a bent plastic bumper cover or $900 to replace it. Took this fellow 10 minutes to pull the dent out and push the thing back into place. No charge

I recieved a voicemail at 5:30 PM yesterday saying my car would be ready at 6:30 PM, and to call them back if they should leave it out.I work nights so I waited till 5 PM before I took a nap, waiting on their call. I called earlier that day around noon inquiring when my car would be ready. So I come in today(the next morning) to pick it up. I walk in tell the receptionist Im here to pick up the 09 Lexus. She muttered, yeah I called you yesterday. While walking back to talk to a boss in some booth. They chat for a few minutes. Then she comes out and tells me its in the detail bay. It wont be ready until noon. Its 10 amI asked why it takes so long to wash it. She replied,they need time to buff it and see if they need to touch anything up. Im quite upset. I live an hour away. Ive talked to the boss it will be ready in 30 min. Update..I was already on my way home w my car, heard wind noise from door they just worked on. Stopped to look and inside door panel wasnt put back correctly. So I had to drive BACK to sapulpa so the boss could fix it. He is good guy. Just think he needs better help!

Great place so far, took my car in for an estimate and had quick friendly service. The cars I have had to have taken in have always been totaled by insurance so I havent experienced that part yet.

Also since manager Joel also had the interior cleaned my husband and I both agreed our 2014 Kia Soul looked as it did when we bought it brand new.What made getting our Kia back looking new even better is the customer service. JOEL IS A STELLAR MANAGER and one the nicest and most considerate people we’ve ever met. He kept us apprised of the progress of the work on our Kia as it was being repaired by having the the office manager Tiffany, a lovely lady, call us regularly. A SUPER PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.

They took good care of care of my car.

We took my sons 2013 Mustang to I-Care Bodyworks of Sapulpa in December to have some minor fender damage repaired. We expected a professional job, and got nothing of the kind, even though they charged us $1,800!Without going into all the really gory details, heres a synopsis of what happened:1. We took the Mustang in to have them give us an estimate for repairs. They said they would repair it and told us what it would cost. We left it with them to repair it.2. When we got it back, they fixed what we brought it in for, but noticed that it had OTHER paint-related issues wrong with that it DID NOT have when we took it in.3. We took it back. They agreed that it had the problems we said it did, and kept it to fix what theyd done to it.4. When we got it back, theyd fixed the first set of problems THEY created, but then it had MORE problems caused by them!5. We took it back again, and they agreed that theyd messed it up, so they kept it to fix it.6. When we got it back, theyd fixed their most recent foul-ups, but it had NEW problems that were DIFFERENT than before!Remember: they DID fix what we paid them to fix, BUT they kept messing up the paint job in OTHER areas, going back and fixing them, and messing up the paint SOMEWHERE ELSE while doing so, going back and fixing THOSE problems, repeat, repeat, repeat.7. After several attempts to get the car repaired properly, we finally confronted them with the facts - including photos - that showed clearly what they had been doing to mess up the paint work on the car, including those in areas that had NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT IT CAME IN FOR ORIGINALLY. They refused to correct the latest version of their mangling of the paint job of the Mustang.8. Whats interesting is that these people would not tell us a flat out NO, WERE NOT GOING TO FIX IT to our face - they said they would look into our request that they fix it RIGHT and let us know their decision, all the while they were formulating a refusal letter that they sent via certified mail. In other words, they were lying to us about considering our request at the same time a certified letter was ALREADY on the way to us telling us NO, WERE NOT GOING TO FIX IT.In that letter, they claimed that they did a good job on the repairs that they performed on the Mustang. My question is: IF THEY DID, THEN WHY DID THEY AGREE - MORE THAN ONCE - THAT THEYD MESSED UP OTHER PARTS OF THE CAR AND TAKE IT BACK IN TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES????IF they felt theyd done a good job in the first place, as their letter claims, then they would NOT have agreed that there were problems with the paint that theyd caused (one of their excuses is that the painter they used did a bad job and was subsequently let go).9. Finally, in desperation, we went to BILL KNIGHT FORD. They looked at what I-Care had done to the Mustang, shook their heads and almost laughed, stating that the kinds of things wed endured at the hands of I-Care would NEVER happen there, and, IF it did, the person(s) responsible would be fired immediately, the car would be repaired properly, and we would not be charged for it!10. BILL KNIGHT FORD did the job RIGHT, and they did it RIGHT the FIRST TIME! When we got the Mustang back - unlike every time we got it back from I-Care - it had NO other issues with it, AT ALL! It was perfect!We will NEVER recommend I-Care to anyone, because, frankly, they DONT CARE about doing the job right: all they care about is the MONEY!

Great experience. brought my 2014 Camaro ss for front end repair after an interesting night to say the least. the owner was very knowledgable and helpful and was even willing to work with me on a few other repairs all the while. I couldnt have asked for anything more. nice, local, experienced and a great job done!
