Ashlee was amazing as she guided my 91 year old Dad through learning how to move around his new iPhone.She was patient and extremely knowledgeable plus she listened to all his stories, from childhood to now! Never have I seen any employee go to such length to satisfy! AT&T in Sapulpa, Ok

Arrived to upgrade phone. Phone was available for upgrade but had lesser memory than desired. Store offered company fulfillment to receive desired memory. After leaving store was notified that company fulfillment would not occur for over 3 months due to product availability. Had we known the wait was so extensive, would have bought product in store to avoid wait.

If 0 star was a option this store gets it! Absolutely no help. I went to purchase a 1000$ phone and wanted to pay for phone and service. Grant said that he would have to call and get approval to sell me a phone because they make zero dollars off phone! Then I was asked me to leave the store. Poor guy probably doesn’t get paid well or just wasn’t feeling it today! I went to 41/Sheridan and was helped and 30 minutes later I have a new phone. Do not waste time here! I literally recommend any other place.

Ted and Tailyr were phenomenal! They were incredibly patient and knowledgeable.Im almost 60 and this technology is daunting to me to say the least! Normally, buying a new phone is so stressful for me! For the first time, I was so comfortable, I wasnt stressed at all! They assessed my usage and didnt try to pressure me to get more than what I needed. They did, however, inform me of various goods and services should my needs change.I truly appreciate them and if this company is smart, theyll make sure Ted and Tailyr know they are appreciated as well!I switched from Verizon after 20+ years yesterday. Hopefully that gives you some indication as to how good a job they did!I dont know if theres any sort of a bonus program for patience and knowledge you have. If there is, you will need to be sure they are considered for it.Thank you for letting me inform you of my appreciation of Ted and Tailyr!

This place is entirely understaffed. The manger obviously has no idea how to make a schedule or needs to hire more people. The past two times I have been here there is one worker trying to help everyone. This visit I waited over 30 minutes for the simplest thing to be helped with. My total experience has made me personally want to totally switch computers due to the lack of service here.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a cell phone store when I walked in it was over 100° inside and the employees were all sweating and were forced to work in these conditions. I will not be buying my phones through a company that can’t even take care of there employees. I will take by business elsewhere.

Best experience I’ve had to date in an art store. The store was packed when I walked in but Allen Starr assured me it wouldn’t be a very long wait. He delivered on that promise and then some. I will be going to this store for all of my future needs.

NEVER AGAIN! I was warned not to go to this ATT store but out of convenience I took a chance. I should have listened. They are understaffed and the staff that is there is indifferent. I went tonight to return two phones that I was trading in and TYLER was extremely rude! After the transaction I looked at the receipt and it only reflected $375 credit when I was told I’d get $700 for each phone. I asked him to show me the $700 on the receipt or to write it on there to which he responded…no, I won’t do that. I asked him to help the other customer and the call the manager…to which he responded…no, I don’t do that. I then told him I would just take the for phones back and he said if I took them he would call the police and report them stolen! What the heck?! At any rate, I wish I had listened and I hope this warning keeps someone else from having a bad experience. Afterwards I noticed all the “1” rating…too little too late.

Irritating. Walked in just to quickly purchase a charging block.3 employees. 2 were helping customers with accounts at tables. 1 walked into a backroom.Never greeted, just stared at. I found the charging block myself and stood there for 15 minutes. Another patron comes in and stands in front in me in the line.I waited another 10 minutes without so much as a word from a single employee.I just wanted a charger. Put it back and walked out.

I have had two extremely frustrating experiences at this store. Today was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with an AT&T store and I have been a customer for 20 years. I have visited several stores over the years. A week ago we purchased a new phone for my husband. Today we took his old phone back to trade-in. We asked for documentation of the trade-in, but my husband was given a receipt with someone else’s name on it. When I took it back inside the store, Grant refused to print documentation with my name on it. He said that paperwork was all I needed. When I insisted that I needed something to prove that we had traded in the phone with my name on it- Grant asked us to leave the store. He was obnoxious and rude. We immediately went to the AT&T store in Sand Springs. A young lady named Kristen waited on me. I explained to her what had happened and that all I wanted was a receipt with my name on it- not someone else’s name and phone number. She was extremely nice and professional, and it took her about two minutes to print a trade-in receipt with our phone number on it for documentation.

Well my whole experience with AT&T has been pretty much let down from there cable television is there internet and now Im experiencing the worst thats all three Wireless! Customer service on the telephone has been great up until carrying out what day promise. I got a birthday reward from AT&T saying all I needed to do was take this barcode to my local AT&T store and I could get a free wireless charger. The gentleman at the Sapulpa branch stand the reward and said sorry but that barcode will not scan all the details whats in the email he said hes done this before but after trying to scan it a couple times he just gave it back to me and said sorry about your luck did not try to call anybody didnt try to do anyting out of his way besides tell me how horrible AT&T was himself. One of the wealthiest internet service out there and theyre the most greedy most expensive and definitely have no compassion.

I came into the store to purchase a new device. Kelly assisted me. She was very thorough and friendly. The stores air conditioning was out. I witnessed her and the other worker, I believe Rosalia, getting cursed at due to it being hot and met with feedback on wearing masks. They both stayed professional and calm. I was able to complete my purchase and Kelly got me set up with TV and internet services for my home. While processing the order, she ran into technical difficulties but persevered to make sure I had the best customer service. 10/10 would recommend. This store has definitely earned my business for life.

Parking lot was awful almost got stuck. And had to wait for 15 minutes for their computer to come back up. Was 3 young men just sitting around doing nothing. Was really surprised to see 3 workers usually just one and the store would be super busy. All I go there for is to pay my bills.

The clerk who was a very young man was not aware that cell phones have a hard time getting reception in metal buildings. He wanted to sell us a phone, saying it should work! Plus it came with a hot spot! If you cannot get reception a hot spot is useless.

I needed help with a new warranty iPhone so I went to AT&T Store in Sapulpa. Bronson waited on me. He was friendly and bright .he fixed the issues and installed a protective cover on my XsI was on my way.⏰ with this Crazy COVID thing going on you have to wear a mask 😷 You have to wait outside til u are called.

Went in to purchase new phone and compare plans. Although they did not have the phone I wanted, Kelly was able to order it from another store and gave me a brief overview of multiple different plans. Came back when the phone was in and compared plans in detail to figure out which one was most useful to me for the lowest cost. Kelly was extremely helpful and also made sure that I was aware of in-store and corporate promotions to make sure I got the best value and saved the most money.

Malik K has superb customer service skills. We came into the store to change out a sim card. While we were there I needed help setting up our HBO Max account and getting our old phone to work on a new sim card. He was so patient and went above and beyond to assist us. Due to technical issues it took awhile for our problems to be resolved but he never made us feel like an inconvenience. He was very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend Malik K to help with any of your AT&T needs.

My kids were checking out all the fun gadgets setting off an alarm at one point and they were still very nice. I would have rated a 5 on friendliness of staff alone, but the lack of basic information throughout the signing on process was slightly frustrating. I felt like I had to ask a couple questions more than once before getting a straight answer like the rep just cared about hooking us up with phones and a contract more than our understanding of the deals and costs we were signing up for.

Our rep in the Sapulpa store ROSIE was AWESOME!! Not only very nice and accommodating but incredibly knowledgeable and quick! Our visit on 7/8/19 was the best ATT experience I’ve ever had. She took great care of us and got us exactly what we needed after previously being sold things that turned out being of no use to us and our needs. She fixed us right up! I was happy to see an empty parking lot when I pulled up, expecting to receive reasonable service at this brand new store but that was simply not the case. I am a Verizon customer and was interested in switching to AT&T due to some enticing deals Ive been reading about. Anyway, I walked into the store today ready to buy two new phones and sign a contract. I was NOT greeted by the two employees (one male, one female) who were chatting it up next to the entrance. They merely looked up at me an carried on..I gave them a second chance as I looked at my new prospective phone for a few minutes. After still not being approached or acknowledged, I turned around and faced the two employees who were still deep into their trivial conversation. After starring at them for a good two or three seconds, I walked out the door. Today this store lost my business and I have a feeling Im not the only one. I live locally and would undoubtedly have been back for future business and spread the word of my good experience. Instead, I will encourage others to go to another store.

This store is short on staff. I think that is be design, but if 3 people walk in the door within 10 minutes of each other, the 3rd can wait from 30 to 45 minutes. ATT also does not empower their employees to make any decisions. Ex: I walked in and told them I was considering switching to another carrier because of the deal. I asked if they could match the deal. Nope. But when I called to unlock the phones I paid off, I was asked why I switched. I told her and she said, I wish you had called me first ATT lost a customer due to poor training/customer service skills.

I would give 0 stars with the experience and customer service we have got at this at&t store and through the customer service phone line. We added a new line last year and they ran and promotion that if you added a new line you would get half off your phone. Its been a year and over 4 months and still no resolution or credit back from buying this phone during the promotion. We even went back a couple of times to the store and no call backs or solutions. They just say the manager is researching it.

I just want to call to ask one single question. I call the local number and get sent to AT&Ts worst-company-ever phone robots. Its absolutely unbelievable that you cant simply call a local store and talk to a human. However, my experiences in the store have all gone quite well. Its when I have to call that I want to reach through the phone and take those little robots and slam them against a wall.

DO NOT CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! go to the store, talk to the staff. They are great, they will work through any issues. They are patient and understanding, even after ur frustrated from talking with customer service. after telling my story, the manager know exactly what the issue was and walked me through what happen.Customer service will cross talk, not answer your questions nor resolve your issues. AGAIN, DO NOT CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It seems a little ironic that at a phone store no one answers the phone! Then their message says to leave a message and someone will return your call in 24 to 48 hours. Seriously why would it take 24 to 48 hours ? And I have yet to have my car returned! I was actually trying to complete a purchase. Now Im thinking of canceling my other purchase.

This is the second time I have gone into this location and have not had any of my issues resolved. The manager both times “helped” me, but told me that there was nothing she could do and that I need to call AT&T to have them fix it. What’s the point of a store if they’re going to tell me to call AT&T myself? Very concerning.

The manager did not know her job. She did not have current training. I had her talk with a salesman from another store to inform her of AT&Ts programs and she got mad and told us she would not help us and we needed to go to another store. Waste of my time. Unable to solve the problem with my fathers phone. Will not charge. Went to Sapulpa at&t, bought brand new phone and charger. Got home to bristow and the charger will not fit!!!!! Im so angry 😡 right now!!! Im thinking the clerk gave him the bad phone back. I called the Sapulpa store and they didnt answer even though it was a hour before closing!!!!!! I called another site and they couldnt help either... what is this . Shame on you for doing this to your customers. SHAME! My dear sweet daddy is 84 years old and has dementia and just doesnt understand how a company as big as at&t can be so heartless and cold. Im very angry 😡 and so is my daddy. Well we got an upgrade from LG10 to LG 30, and love it, a young lady named Bridgett, waited on us, and went out of her way to help us, from updating our new LG30 from our LG-10 and thanking us for having AT&T, and suggesting with us using Direct TV. wouldnt trade AT&T. for any other provider. I just called to ask about my ATT signal being weak and if there may be a solution other than changing carriers as we just moved to Mounds, OK. I was on hold for 1 minute after an automated service had me wait on a representative. It came on and said Im sorry, but no one is available at this time to help you.
