Took my dad here to get a new phone. The service was great and they were very polite and fast. Dan worked with my dad who is not the easiest person to work with, but he managed to sell my dad a phone and explained everything so my dad could understand.
The store itself along with the employees are great. But tmobile itself has given me nithing but trouble. I never get service anywhere and when i do get just a little bit i can barely do anything with it. My phonebis useless. Its crazy. Ive never had such bad reception.

T-Mobile is good. Been a customer since Voice Stream.This Sapulpa store is the worst.Inept, arrogant kids who aside from not having a clue, could care less about the customer.First time I went in I dealt with the manager and got a huge amount of attitude and rudeness.The second time was a snarky girl with real attitude problem.I was trying to do a warranty exchange and corporate had sent the new phone to the store so I could exchange. Corporate told me UPS had delivered the phone and I could go exchange mine.The store couldnt find the phone after looking for about 20 seconds even though UPS said it had been delivered.I showed them the UPS tracking and they basically told me I didnt know what I was talking about and to come back another time.Inexcusable.

This store is inept, unprofessional and an embarrassment. We went on 08/08/17 to start new service with two new lines, purchasing two devices. After selling us on devices, informs us an hour later they dont have them and cant find them locally and theyd have to ship them to us within two to three days. Thirty minutes later, after not knowing what to do and making several calls as the store manager was completely clueless on how to open accounts, how to add lines, add phones or order phones or even ship phones.. He returns to tell us that we would have to pay $25 dollars to ship. Wasted two hours and walked away. He was rude snarky, full of attitude and didnt know what he was doing at all. We went to another store and they had to spend an hour undoing the mistakes made by the store manager in sapulpa and they argued wanting their commission. Who the hell does that? We ended up with new phones and service elsewhere. What a horrid location and manager. I cant even blame the associates as they were new and following in inadequate manager.
Store is big and always playing music. Everybody is nice and its a great atmosphere!
