Went in to get my phone fixed i had the best experiences ever. Your employee ally was so nice and helped me to the best of her abilities! She is by far the nicest rep I have ever met ! I will be sticking with cricket because of Ally!

Rep is literally playing on her personal phone while “helping” me. I’ve been here for a hour waiting on my phone to be unlocked. Did not get it unlocked.

The girl with the pink hair I think her name was ally was super helpful when it came to explaining all the features on the phones she knew so much and let’s be honest half the stuff I didn’t understand but she made it sound so simple !! and she was really helpful with an issue I was having with my current phone I will definitely be going back to her for help next time!

Luis is an amazing employee! i am not the easiest to deal with self admittedly but he was patient and kind! 10/10 would go again!

The customer service representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable, and they walked me through the process of which made things a lot less confusing. The store looked much better than it has in the past, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

Just not pleased should be able to tell customer what charges are 4 and sick of paying x amount but the text not saying what I paid saying less than what I actually paid.adding to my review. Again this month 12-23-19. Wasnt able to pay my bill in store cause for some reason locked out of my account. Employees yet again could do explaining or helping. But this time customer service said they should of helped me. So now I will drive into Tulsa on Crickets $$. Thanks to sapulpa

Poor experience.. I live 60 miles from this place I cant just walk down to there store and give them cash for my account. When I called the lady was unhelpful told me i could come down but she couldnt tell me when my payment was due after I had done a bridge pay. Poor customer service. Last time I went into the store the skinny guy stood behind the computer talking to an older gentleman about retirement a good 10 minutes after his work was done with huge line.. poorest customer service around you guys promise

Very rude and unprofessional, bought a phone and accesories, the lady said the phone was gauranteed for 7 days. The phone started malfunctioning in 3 days. The same lady would not replace the phone, wanted to sell another phone and charge the $ 25 acctivation fee again. I am contacting Cricket Corporate to lodge a complaint. Would not ever go there again.

The loser running this store ripped me off for over 150.00. I bought a phone on Wednesday, and it wasnt what the sale girl said it was, was supposed to have more memory than the one I had, turned out it wasnt and it was cheaper to fix the screen on my old phone. took it back 2 days later, and he said they couldnt refund it because of damage to the box, which consisted of quarter inch tears on the corners of the flaps. I went ballistic, and so did my bp, as soon as I can get it under control im going to start picketing the store, and im going to talk to the local newspaper and all the tv stations. when I bought the phone, the customer service was pathetic and then this happened. calls to cricket customer service did no good as they said it was up to the store to make the call, well he made the wrong call with this old man...

Gone in to get a phone the guy that was working was with a person that I thought she work because she was behind the counter come to find out he was showing her something on the computer and there was no one else in the store then this guy comes walking on in and for some reason after he got done showing the other person whatever he was showing her she left then the guy that show up after I did got take care of first so I just left and went to a other cell phone store and got the service that I should got here most be making alota of money here for them to pick out what who to take money from thanks for not helping me and thanks for not taking my money keep up the good work and keep picking out who you want to help

My opinion is this is the best phone company ever I do think they should give all phones hot-spot but other than that great great prices and friendly employees.

Usually helpful but started having trouble with a new phone i bought and the young girl working at closing time today would not explain or help me figure out the issue. Poor customer service on her behalf. Will not return to that location when she is working.

I went in Tuesday .the girl looked at my phone for about15 min...she told me Ive never seen a phone this messed up..said it was in the settings .I can recieve calls,can send calls amd messages. Justs can not text...I really wanted the guy to look at it but he was with a customer..i took my phone home, and it was as simple as I had the hearing and voice on for the impaired...she works there!!!!.....now I need to figure out how to get my messages to work..
