Had a blast with these girls,! They were so sweet and helped us do everything. They made getting a new phone not so scary I got all my contacts my1 text messages and even taught me about the do not disturb options and the service is based off atnt towers.

I love them one line unlimited data $55.00 a month, I was with ATT for over twenty years when I first got phone it was BellSouth then Cingular and now its ATT and I was paying $135.00 a month so I switched and ATT didnt seem to care about losing my business and wouldnt match the price so goodbye to them and thank you Cricket !!!

Superb service. I dropped Verizon in a New York minute and have even better service and am saving over 80 dollars a month. I will never let another company cheat me lie Verizon did. They rope you in and then you might as well pay them for the worst service imaginable.

Outstanding as always at Saraland Cricket, with John Ryder at the helm. So glad to be out from under ridiculously high cell phone bills and the service is fine bc they piggyback on their parent company, AT&T. Came in needing a new phone added to my account and he gave clear information on options in my stated price range. I was in at 7:30p, out at 8 p.m. and he wasnt miffed about the end-of-night rush. This is the guy to ask for if you need expert help. He is a genius and can answer all your questions and is very professional. He has been here at least three years and probably longer. Check out his contest winning artwork on the chalkboard walls!

I came into the Saraland store to look into crickets deals with phones and in hopes of receiving customer service that I could not refuse. However, I came into the middle of a conversation of two employees, mainly the female, speaking to the gentlemen about intimate topics, which made me feel uncomfortable to the point where I no longer desired to have their service due to how unprofessional the environment was from that conversation. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Great prices on cellular. Coverage not quite as good as some of the high priced carriers, but better than many and definitely better than the other prepaid carriers.
