Yea they don’t know what they are doing at all..they need to hire better employees

I had a very positive experience at this store. Associate manager Alisha and sales associate Gabe were very informative and beyond helpful. They explained an alternative option for a plan for me that would work with my work needs to travel internationally as T-Mobile no longer offer the tourist pre-paid plan that I had been using for years. I appreciate their patience and time. Great way to start the new year!

Customer service was awesome.

Crooked ....It took 2 months 6 customer service representatives, 5 store reps, 4 managers, 19 calls and a threat for small claims court for them to unlock a paid for phone. P.s. its unlocked after the Ignorant store employee told me lies and also told me it cant be done. Be rude all u want

Suprisingly quick and easy to switch from one carrier to T-Mobile thanks to Rischard. He helped my family do so today and although the change in cell coverage isnt what we expected, the entire process was convenient. Anyone looking to save some money on cell phone bills and get good customer service, check out this location and ask for Rischard.

My reason for visiting was to try and rectify an issue that I was having with T-Mobile. The young lady who was trying to help me ran into the same resistance that I had received when I called in. She is my reason for giving a good rating. The online customer care was not as helpful.

Store is clean. Sales reps pleasant and knowledgeable. Very respectful. By far best T-Mobile location in the area

They dont stand behind their products and are full of excuses I will never go back.

Need better way of ensuring the customer understands the trade in value. It should be more than making a SALE.
