It was a trip due to straight talks b.s. I would like to say that Shakeria was a patient, kind, knowledgeable young woman! We spent over 2 hrs in that store (again due to straight talks b.s). Shakeria, kept her composure and helped us through the drama with ignorant people! I love that young ladys work ethic and calm demeanor, she really could teach a class! If you are trying to switch or just looking for a new cell company this is the company and Shakerias Metro is the place. Also, I would like to say that her boss Sarah was extremely helpful and they both were sensitive to the situation!

The young lady was very helpful and nice.plus the other lady that was working with her was also nice.I will only go to this Metro now.

The employees they have now are kind, they try very hard to be informative and make you happy.

The customer service is fine but we just made the switch from lgk20 plus to the Alcatel 7 and was by far the worse decision ever .. Alcatel has God awful service and steady glitches
