Let me preface this review by saying I LOVE Baskin Robbins ice cream, but the customer service at this location is lacking in every way. I called this location (which is a 40 min drive round trip for me) to find a very specific flavor for my mother. She used to get Baseball Nut with my grandfather before he died, so I wanted to call and ask if they had any available so I could gift it to her in a pint. When I called and asked about if they had the flavor, the representative said, “We’re slammed right now, I don’t really have time to talk.” This is completely unacceptable considering I would have been happy to hold or call back at a less busy time. This location didn’t have Baseball Nut anyway, otherwise I would have been hesitant to give them my business if the flavor wasn’t so important to my mom!

We visited on a Sunday evening. They had 10 non interesting flavors to choose from, three of which the containers were empty. Other than a fat free yogurt, there were no sugar free options. The place looked like it was raided. I left without buying anything.

Do not have BK ice cream selection don’t waist your drive. I try it numerous times and never restocked.

Never have anything in stock. Even seasonal items. Came here multiple times a week and still nothing available.

Yet again they fail. Two years ago I tried to get a banana split here. Yes, they had no bananas. Even though there are at least two banana ice cream items on their menu. I ordered anyway without bananas. But the ice cream was stale and freezer burned. Tonight I tried again. Again no bananas. And also no hot fudge. Girl serving didn’t care one bit about things. Terrible customer service, terrible ice cream, terrible stocking. This time I just left and got what I needed at Publix. By one get one ice cream there so it turned out all right for me in the end. But I will never come back here again.

I took my 2 year old son here to get ice cream after his haircut and the person helping me did not even know how to make a kids cup of ice cream. The employee also referred to me as “boss lady”. Then they said they didn’t have a sundae even though it was on their menu and the employees didn’t know how to make one. We left to go somewhere else. I am not one to complain as I work in customer service myself but they have terrible service and employees.

Delicious triple-scoop chocolate nut sundae and a large strawberry milkshake with whipped cream. Who could ask for anything more??? YEAH BUDDY!

Don’t go here if you want a cappuccino blast. Apparently only one employee can make them and they were gone.

Good atmosphere and workers have a great attitude. We were cheerfully assisted by a college aged young lady with glasses and ordered ice cream, breakfast sandwich, donuts, coffee at 8 pm. Everything was hot and fresh. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Ordered a banana royale and a brownie sundae and i got vanilla ice cream and half a banana and an old hard cold brownie at the bottom of a scoop of vanilla ice cream. didnt bring anything it showed online or on the menu and looked nothing like the picture. they didnt even ask what kind of ice cream we wanted

This place has really changed since a month ago. There is a nice young couple that works there, Emily is the heart of this store. It seems like the other employees dont know what to do while she runs everything with the help of her husband who is very nice as well, If they are not working I just walk out.

Amazing place. To be honest I didnt know there were any around anymore. Great place for a giant cone and a nice tub of ice-cream.

Tried to order Baskin Robbins just now but the employee was sitting and talking on the phone so I couldnt place the order :(

Came just for the Stranger Things themed ice cream and it was a enjoyable trip. Staff was super helpful and very nice even with our large and crazy family!!!

My wife and I went there on the evening of 6/02 and it was a Ringling Circus. One employee kept calling the other guy Bro, but I dont think it was really Bro. These guys had no real idea what they were doing. It took us a half hour to get what we wanted. They also need to change the name of this place to Baskin Robins 16 flavors because thats all they have. We will not be back.

Dunkin donut worker awarded the two star... However I Stood at ice cream side for five minutes to get ice cream, no acknowledgement from the two workers (one in training) and the manager. I guess We were invisible or something so we the family left to never return. Worst business service ever! Take some pride folks.

Love the Ice Cream but the afternoon crew couldnt be any slower or more inept. I pulled up to drive thru & ordered a large shake. (In window was 2 employees & 1 customer). After waiting several minutes the Male employee opened the window to inquire as to if I wanted whipped cream. After telling his coworker no, he told me $14.25! Exasperated over how dysfunctional this place is, i left without the shake. DO NOT go here in the late afternoon cause theyre not in a hurry.

Not much selection but it understandable, half is a Dunkin doughnuts. Ice cream was good and the staff was great.

Terrible service.Ordered a warm cookie sundae, and was given a cookie sandwitch which wasnt even warm.Ok so thats fine... I can deal with the wrong order, but the cookie wasnt even warm, so i asked the empoyee if they can warm it up as the title of it says.She was visibly annoyed and didnt speak a word.They dont even ask what kind of cookie i wanted and just grabbed a random one.Terrible service, and unwelcoming atmosphere.

This place is the worst. Its part Dunkin Donuts, part Baskin Robbins, and they do neither well. They never have any good doughnuts or ice cream flavors, and regardless of which flavor of ice cream you order, everything tastes like moldy mint chocolate chip and has a weird odor of cleaning products. I dont know how its open. For the money, go to Publix and get a pint of Ben & Jerrys or a dozen Krispy Kreme.
