Great place to get frozen yogurt. The guy who helped us was named River was very friendly and helpful. This location is lucky to have such a great person working there.

I decided to stop in for some yogurt today, Was greeted by a nice young lady It felt so welcoming . I got the vanilla custard. I decided to get toppings so much to choose from! . The lady cashed me out I found out her name was Emily she gave me testers when first walking in ! . I definitely would come back the yogurt was really yummy and it felt so welcoming .

Amazing place for frozen yogurt. I’m a huge fan of frozen yogurt and I try to get some whenever I travel. I was visiting some friends in Sarasota and gave this place a try and was really impressed. The flavors were so fresh and delicious, but I think the best part is the toppings. I’ve never seen so many awesome toppings in any froyo shop. The seating is plentiful and the inside is well decorated. There is also a neat seating area outside to enjoy. The one downer is that they don’t let you sample the flavors by yourself. They ask you which one you want to try and then pour it themselves, which seems like we weren’t trusted. But overall it is a great place for desert.

We love the selection of ingredients and have brought our family here many times since they opened. Unfortunately COVID may have decimated their selection and cleanliness. The last several times we’ve been here they’ve been out of yogurt flavors and the place is often poorly maintained. Posting this 1-star review in the hopes that we’ll see our beloved Yogurtology return.

Bought from here this evening. Gotta say was really disappointed. The piece of what was supposed to be pound cake, required me to rent a jack hammer and a tanker truck full of water to attempt to eat it. Paid an extra dollar for strawberries, got zero. Paid an extra dollar for blueberries, got 3. Was defiantly not worth the $30 dollars for mine the wifes and the dogs treats. Wont be doing that again

One of the best yogurt shops that Ive been to. And the Capn Crunch yogurt is unbelievable!!!! Great toppings also.

This place is Nirvana for froyo fans!This place is impeccably clean and provides hand sanitizer and disposable clear food handling gloves, which we thought was very considerate.The quality of the froyo is top notch. The number of available flavors is impressive and there are more toppings than Ive ever seen in any yogurt venue. The mini dark chocolate caramel turtles are incredible!Friendly staff and reasonable prices round out a totally pleasant, delicious experience. My friends and I very much recommend a visit to Yogurtology. Your brains happiness center will thank you.

Love stopping in here for some frozen yogurt when Im in the area. So many different flavors and topping choices :)

An amazing variety of toppings. Good choice of delish flavors. They even offer bottomings - sweets you can add at the bottom, prior to getting froyo. The minus star is because its expensive and not in the most appealing area.

The workers are scared shi@less in there of Covid yet the probabilitiy of dying is Zilcho. What a threat to America these people and to my family also. Down to one flavor. Phony excuse about refrigerator. They cant find help and they scare people with the plastic gloves and masks

Was staying at the Sarasota Memorial Hospital with my dad for 48 hrs and it was nice to have this fro-yo place across the street for variety. The place is pretty spacious and is very modern and clean. The flavors of the frozen yogurt were all very unique and super yummy. They had about 10 different flavors which was awesome.The toppings bar was huge and had so many dif options! Was loaded with fresh fruits, yummy chocolate options, lots of gummy candies and overall non chocolate candies, the did have full candy bars and brownies and just a ton of toppings. Lots of sauces and creams you can puut on top as well.It is kind of a pricey place tho. Even compared to like Red Mango. I got maybe a third of a cup of stuff and payed $7.Something I thought was strange was that they wouldn’t give out the sample cups to try the yogurt but would fill the cups up fOr you. Was kknd of an awkward experience and madE me not want to try the other flavors. Other than that I’d say its an awesome fro yo place.

This WAS a great place.Something changed.Frequenty new employees.Some dispensers down and always a very strong disinfectant odor.No more yogurt aromas here. I have to go outside to enjoy.A good place gone down hill.Awarded 1 YUM on a scale of 3

Lots of different flavors! And so many toppings to choose from!

I came in here with some friends (we all have been here with a previous bad experience) but wanted to give it another shot. This place has garbage service even though the yogurt was okay... We purchased our yogurt and walked outside to grab a seat but as I was about to sit down a employee literally took the chair way that I was about to sit in...and there was at least still 30 minutes before closing time. He quickly had all the chairs were stacked and shoved inside, it seemed to me that I was not welcome there while they were still serving people inside the building.

The place overall was pretty decent, the staff was great in terms of service and attention to the toppings bar. The place was pretty clean, only down side was the amount of flavors that were not available. It seemed as if the top flavors were out. One of the better yogurt shops. But does seem to lack choice .

My first visit to Yogurtology and I absolutely loved it. Lots of great flavors to choose from and make whatever serving size you want as one pays by weight. And I love that it is set up so that you can mix two flavors together. Try the vanilla and orange its like a creamsicle. Yummy!

Though the offerings of yogurt flavors are slim, they are unique and change frequently. The topping options are more than Ive ever seen at any other yogurt place; things like whole cookies and candy bars, white chocolate and marshmallow drizzle, hot fudge, boba, and more, and the staff is very friendly.

This place is delicious. Although they are a little on the pricier side, the place is always clean and the toppings are always well organized and labeled. The staff has a sense of humor with the labels and welcome you when you walk through the door.

Yummy! So many choices and free samples to help you narrow it down. I went with a dairy free choice, expecting grit but it is a destination all its own. The toppings were very impressive and everyone found many somethings to try. A little pricey since sold by weight but the choice, flavors and quality justify it in my opinion. Friendly and helpful staff on our visit.

This place has great frozen yogurt & toppings. They keep all of the counters and area very clean which I especially like considering it’s a self serve. The outside seating is a bonus!

Wow, not sure what happened here, but the quality sure has gone down since our last trip. The chocolate tasted fruity today. The “crushed Oreos” we’re actually an inadequate off-brand substitute that didn’t taste well. No chocolate syrup (yep I’m a chocolate fan) just a terrible tasting hot fudge that squirts you...Back to Menchies!

Love the large selection of yogarts and non dairy sorbets. The toppings are out of this world. Everything you can imagine from nuts, chocolate, candy, syrups and even whip cream. They also offer bottoms. Be sure to look next to the cups when you first walk in. You can start your experience off with items like pound cake, brownies, or even baklava! This is a must try when in sarasota!

Granddaughter especially loves this place because so many yummy toppings to put on the yogurt....actually the yogurts are very good too

Had it catered for a company event. Toppings were good (how can you mess with M and Ms?) the yogurt was all melted by the time they got it to us (We were right up the street, but they didnt want our receptionist to give them directions and then proceeded to get lost). They couldnt provide a receipt at the time they wanted to charge for the $35 delivery fee, I could go on. All and all not professional.

We went in before closing time, spent a good amount of money. We went to sit down to eat our yogurt and the lady demanded we go stand outside (they took the chairs away). Never will go there again.

I am very disappointed with the service received at our last visit on Sunday, May 5th. When we arrived we were welcomed and told if we wanted samples to let them know. The store was somewhat busy. There were employees standing near the registers talking and involved in a conversation. I had to go over to them and request samples for myself the the rest of my group (3 of us). Grace was the employee that came to help us. She was obviously annoyed that I interrupted her conversation and was equally annoyed to give us more than one sample. She was very rude to us at the register as well. We live within walking distance and Im really not sure well be back.

Honestly, Im writing this as of exiting because I want it all to be fresh. This place is kind of odd, it is both upscale and hood at the same time, which is a weird combo. They wont let you get your own samples and you have to ask for whip cream, like the owner is super OCD and runs it like they would want to be a customer there. Im sure it makes them feel comfortable but it just made me feel like I wanted to not be there. The interior is trendy, I dont care about that, the yogurt was yogurt, no different than any other place, the toppings were ok, but also treated with the OCD treatment. Basically its a weird yogurt experience that ensured I wont bother going back, Ill stick with the normal places. Your mileage may vary.

Menchies is better. everything about menchies is just executed better. yogurtology won’t even let you sample anything without asking for a mini cup. just go to menchies on university please save money time just overall happiness

......terrible yogurt! Taste like bad milk! I give this a one start only because the sample lady was nice and let me try almost everything....fruit looks and tastes old. Im wondering how can people still be eating this nasty stuff. Go to white berry on main street....its worth it.

When I walked in I wasn’t greeted, I was glared at my whole time getting what I wanted, at the register I wasn’t asked for my membership, I wasn’t talked to, only asked for a reciept while a manager stood off not helping the cashier, very poor customer service here and the yogurt isn’t good at all nor the toppings.

Always loved this place. Whenever I fly down from N.Y., this is a must go for me. Brought my wife down to Sarasota for the 1st time and Ive bragged to her about yogurtology O much that I had to take her. I truly appreciate Dakota and another gentleman who were kind enough to hold the doors open past their 10pm closing time which allowed my wife to try this AMAZING froyo which shes now hooked on (Ive created a yogurtology monster). Will always be a LOYAL customer to you guys. Great variety and great pricing.

Good idea, tasty, only thing is $0.50 per ounce I only feel like I can afford it every fortnight. But when you compare it to specialty yogurt at grocery and TCBY it is a pretty good deal. Ill let it grow on me before I give it 5 stars. Also put the store hours up on Google please!
