Their products claim to have a lifetime warranty, but it’s actually 3 years from date of purchase or sooner if they discontinue the product per their warranty terms. Very dishonest.

I just purchased a new Samsung Android S9 and I was looking to buy a second connector to live it in my car. Also I longer one for the connector that came with my phone was too short. I happened to be at 3307 Clark Road waiting for my acupuncture appointment, since I got there a bit earlier, I wandered into the building and noticed the ZipKord store that is right across to the Acupuncture office. I went in to inquire about buying a new connector for my phone. It was early morning, I could see a lady in the back of the store getting ready to start her day. She came over, smiled and asked how could assist me – I said I was looking for a new cord and I showed her my phone, she said iPhone? I said no, it’s an Android Samsung S9. So she went and brought ZipKord UBS Type C connector and tried it on my phone to make sure it was the right one. It fit perfectly and I said great, how much do I own you? She said, here it’s yours. I couldnt believe it. That was the nicest thing anyone ever had done to me in a store, and as luck have it, it was my birthday, so you may imagine how thrill; I was for the first thing in morning gift I thank her and gave her a hug. She gave me her card and in the card it reads Hallie Visaggio. So, I believe that is her name. So Hallie, if you read this - thank you so much for the Bday gift even though you didn’t know it was my birthday. I want you to know that your kindness was not lost on me. I will definitely stop by to purchase different items at your store, and I am telling all my friends and acquaintances I will tell all my friends about the store and your kind gesture!

I purchased a new Sync and Charge cable a couple years ago at a Verizon store and they suggested the brand of ZipKord. I am so impressed by this product since it is a much higher quality cord than I have purchased before!! I am also now trying some of their other products like a Charger/Battery pack and again such high quality. Thank you to them for producing such high quality products!!
