This company is a family operated company and values their customer service to the upmost. There are no automated machines, it is live people that answer the phones during operating hours. The brushes are great quality industrial brushes. They even custom make brushes.

I found this company online and thought it cant get any worse than the brushes weve been buying from the big box stores....So I gave them a try and placed a small order for detail paint brushes. We are an automotive shop and in our detail area of the building the guys do a lot of painting of small chipped areas on the exterior of cars as well as extensively cleaning the insides. We cant use brushes with plastic handles as they deteriorate rapidly around all the chemicals. (As well as the cheap plastic bristles) So we end up buying a lot of brushes often. Weve had our order in use now for a couple of weeks and I cant say enough good things about the quality and (so far) the durability of Torringtons brushes! Solid wooden handles and camel hair bristles are fantastic! Oh, by the way, the price is spot on too! Great job Torrington Brush Works!!!!
