I notified Andersons office on Monday that one of their trailers or trucks ran over a partition I had in my driveway and that the Anderson worker was rude and denied doing it and told me to get back in my house. He said if he did run over it, it was because it was in the road which it was not. He was repairing the road from a new build across the street from me on Siesta Key. The man I spoke with on the phone on Monday said the owner would call me back. I called on Wednesday and stated that if I was not called by Friday I would post a negative review. It is Friday and unlike Anderson Asphalt, I do what I say I am going to do. The partition only cost $40 but the worker and it seems the company will not make good on it. The rudeness is another matter.

Greg Anderson and his crews did a remarkable job repaving our property. Their planning and executions of the work was right on target. With 11 acres on the gulf and 128 units to work around, all the crews performed their jobs with the utmost care and professionalism. Our roadways were around 30 years old and needed repaving. This was the end of our rebuild program and was the icing on the cake. The new asphalt and curbing really improved our overall appearance. Anderson installed pavers at our front entry which updated our 50-year-old property. Many thanks for all the help in finishing this project.

Greg Anderson brainstormed with members of our condo board best how to remedy our problem. Gave us a great solution. The work was performed professionally, on time and on budget. Was especially impressed with pros who did our new curbing; extraordinary artistry. Our owners could not be happier. Look forward to our continued relationship and next years project of recoating.

Shoutout to whoever was driving one of your fully loaded dump trucks and blew through a red light this morning, you’re lucky the driver didn’t kill anyone or myself.

Saved money and labor! I got .25 cubic yards for 48 bucks. You gotta pick it up and haul it back in the trailer they loan you. It may pour in my little slab a whole lot easier!

Anderson Asphalt did a wonderful job milling and paving the streets in our community!With Greg’s guidance we were able to accomplish the job in its entirety in just four days, including 36 hours during which our 76 unit community members and delivery services agreed to not drive on the new surfaces of our 4 streets.We have received numerous compliments on the timeliness and respect afforded our community members by the workers.I would highly recommend Anderson Asphalt.

After reviewing our needs for asphalt repair and resealing, Anderson Asphalt submitted a contract for work which was approved by our condo board. After a walk-around of our development, Anderson included 4 tons of asphalt to repair certain areas, came out to line those spots with spray paint and eventually patched several of them. The asphalt needed to settle for a month, we were advised, before sealant would be applied. However, they left 2 very conspicuous areas that were lined for repair but left unpatched. They just seemed to forget about these. When they were reminded of the unfinished areas, which they were unaware of, Anderson said the repair would require more tons of asphalt and more money. However, Anderson evaluated our parking lot before they submitted the contract so the areas needing repair which were already lined by the company should have been included in the patch repair without question. After many calls and reconciliation, Anderson came out weeks after they started the initial work and patched the lined areas that were left undone. That done, and waiting more time for settling, Anderson resealed the asphalt. That part went smoothly and the company even accommodated the condo board by leaving one area unfinished until two owners who were away could move their cars. However, after that, more problems: the companys line machine broke and everything was put on hold for several days. When the lining was done, they were crooked and the company lined parking spots and numbered them incorrectly. A board member learned that the employees doing the lining were new. It showed. When Anderson came back to repair the lines, they just rolled over the incorrectly lined areas with sealer which was a different shade than the original coat. Anderson came back and tried to address the many complaints about workmanship, but esthetically, the job wound up looking very poorly done. Andersons Jeff Evans was very pleasant to deal with and did his best to remedy the ongoing set backs and disappointments. However, it is my opinion that the entire job was sub par and D-rated. Being the board member who recommended Anderson after an extensive review of their web site, I was extremely unhappy. I even posed the question, Would Anderson feature pictures of our condos parking lot on their website for marketing purposes?. I am pretty sure Anderson wouldnt because it wouldnt be good for new business.USES Vulgar LANGUAGE!!!!

Extremely pleased with the professionalism, right on schedule and very fairly priced. Paving Percheron Cicle was an excellent job with attention to detail and quality and customer service. Greg was a pleasure to work with and exceeded my expectations. In my opinion, the only company to work with when you need asphalt work!
