Not the worst business, but they’re trying. Hadn’t been here for about 2 years after they told me one price on the phone but charged a higher price after I arrived.Today I was crunched for time, so the 35% higher price than Big Earth seemed worth it since it saved an additional 10 miles of driving.However, even though I was the only customer there, it took 30 minutes to get 1.5 CY of fill dirt loaded. Apparently the guy loading fill into the company truck was not the guy to load my truck. Won’t be back, but will drive the extra distance to a place that knows customer service.

We got some boulders at M & W just few days ago. Not only prices are amazing but service was great as well! If you need delivery, please ask for Danny. He was attentive to our needs and treat our property with respect and care! He maneuver the forklift like a PRO!

Yesterday I bought 3 bags of white River rocks and 3 bags Snow White from M & W. 1st of all they have no size in any bags i bought.I get 3 size to 0 size with 2 lbs of dust minimum each bag.May be the weigh is ok due to bigs size thats why the sq ft coverage is lower.In white river rocks only 15-20% is whitish rock and rest is Brown rocks.In the snow white granite chips only 2%-5% is Snow white rest is grey as well as 0-3 size. So lower coverage. For example last week i bought same things from Total land scape Sarasota( pics included, 1 st pics are M & & W products and 4 last pics are Total Land scape products ) almost no dust 90% are same size and colors as it is said.Not recommended. See well before buy.I have tried to add pics but not able to.

One of the gentlemen came out today and unloaded 3 cu yrds of Top Soil on driveway. Very timely, price was right and couldnt have asked for a nicer experience. From setting up schedule and moving it because of weather, it was pleasure dealing with the staff of M& W Supply Company. Thank you! Keep up the great work

Always very rude... I assume the lady in the office is one of the owners as everytime I go in there she’s talking rudely to the other staff or anytime she hangs up the phone talking to a customer she has something rude to say, the guy in the yard must be the owners son as he sounds like a spoiled little brat and is very rude I will never send another customer here or go there again, save the headache and go to big earth or total landscape they are much happier people and care about your business these people don’t!!

The woman running this place should not be responsible for picking up the phone. She either is rude or doesnt pick up the phone at all. The prices are also higher than the majority of other nurseries in the area with a much smaller selection. Guess ill find a place more qualified.

This company’s driver ran into our truck today and took no responsibility for it when I called. Their customer service and accountability is awful. Do the right thing.

I called to simply ask for their supply of river stone on a Sat, not realizing it was only 30 min after they closed since their hours are sadly limited to 7-12n on Sat, and she said “we are closed!” in a very abrupt fashion and then hung up while I was trying to explain why I was calling. Well you just lost a customer and if you were closed, I would suggest next time To simple not answer the phone at all instead of dismissing potential customers like that.

Great selection of stone. they have a lot of yard dacor for dectritive atmosphere.. if you want to do something creative with your landscaping this is your one stop shop

Pallet of mulch for a fair price.

Plants and Sod especially, were of such poor quality it was sad. The sod arrived completely yellow and bone dry. We called to ask for help with this but they sad sorry we dont guarantee sod....I understand you cant guarantee sod but why did you deliver a completely garbage product. Never stop there again. Also will review on my Facebook, Home Advisor, and Better Business account.

Better than most landscape suppliers, they offer huge assortment of supplies, but nursery or plant brokers next door are especially good as they can get almost any type of unique horticulture plants I like utilising their services & almost always buy hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of plants

I hired them to provide 3 pallets of floratam sod. Sod was terrible quality. Absolute worst. I have purchased from numerous other suppliers and never had such poor conditioned sod. They provide no guarantee on the sod they sell. I understand the planting, watering and future care for grass cannot be warranted by seller. That being said, the seller should sell garbage to start. They offered no help in the return of or the satisfaction of the customer. Basically once they deliver there done.Update: Thought wed see if things have improved. They havent, they dont want retail customers. We walked around the nursery area for 30 mins looking for anybody. Nothing. Maybe theyre going out of business.
