Always super rude. Today I brought in a heavy package and was reprimanded for not putting on a higher counter. I only go here when it’s the last resort as the UPS Store on Bee Ridge is always so nice.
Gave the wrong shipping number or account for fed ex . Envelope was not delivered and I had to pay to get it back !!! .They are making the whole process to getting my money back very difficult.Overall really bad customer service despite their screw up
Had a painting shipped from Sarasota to the UK and Pak Mail have been fantastic. Cannot recommend them enough. Great communication, fast and very quick to post. Although, Im a bit gutted they were that good as I wouldnt have mind taking a few days off work to collect the painting myself!
Needed to send check overnight and Walgreen sent me here for sending FedEx. They charged $66 for a service that FedEx charges $28. I didn’t have to pay their exorbitant rate but didn’t know better. Obviously they shouldn’t get much repeat business.
It’s an awesome feeling when you receive exceptional service, like I did today, when you read all of these negative reviews beforehand.The lady working today was very pleasant and personable, it was a quick and easy transaction, and cost me far less than expected to send a big box.
I have been coming to this store for years, as my job used to require me to drop off packages daily. As a 52 100lb girl sometimes I have needed some help and this team has let me use their dolly, held the door open for me, and even helped me carry things that were too heavy. I have always received quick and friendly service from the same two employees for over 4 years now. Thank you PakMail!

The people that work there are very rude
I went here because it was convenient to my house. At first I thought the older man was just having a bad day due to his rudeness. That wasn’t the case every time he is there he is very unpleasant. When you’re in the customer service industry you do shouldn’t conduct business like that. I will be taking my business elsewhere to someone who appreciates it. It’s like the old saying goes it takes more muscles to frown than to smile😁
What a terribly run business. There is no energy or enthusiasm from any of the staff/owners. They closed my box; I had only a 6 month rental, which I forgot was only 6. But they notify you ONLY via the box that your rental is coming due!! Asked the owner if they tried to call me or email me or even send a note to my physical address. Nope. Not their policy. I said- you have no interest in continuing this relationship nor your income? Nope. Not their policy. people abandon boxes all the time. Yeah but couldnt you pick up the phone? Dont you have any automation for this? NOPE. I dont really need the box, obviously. But I just think they are losing opportunities for more business without looking at this seriously and updating their policy.

Customer service is back at Pak Mail Bee Ridge.Reminder people, everyone has a bad day, either personally, professionally or health wise. Went to this store to send a fax. The woman who works there was extremely unfriendly to begin with. She sent my 2 page fax - fine. She charged me $3.44. Fine. But, when I went to pay with my debit card, she informed me that they prefer cash. I told her I didnt have cash on me at that moment and I had to use my debit card. She then informed me that she had to charge me a .50 cent fee for me to use my debit card - after she had sent the fax!!! I wasnt informed in advance of this extra fee and there was no sign. It isnt the money as much as the way they are doing business. Since we have so many choices of shipping places, I definitely will pass up Pak Mail in the future. No thanks!
As a matter of convenience, I have been using this location for many, many years. While the staff is not very friendly and their prices leave something to be desired, I have never had a problem with packages being lost, not delivered, untraceable, etc. That being my top priority, for the most part, they do get the job done.
Poor customer service and unmotivated, unhelpful staff. Your business is shipping but you cant even tell me what the cutoff time is for UPS truck pick-up everyday? Avoid this place.
Cant even provide shipping receipt. Says they Cant generate then but any other shipping placed you go to can. Just to cheap to give receipts.
I would not suggest doing business here unless you like being gouged on price and dealing with an unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I am amazed that they are still in business. They just tried to charge me $18 for package that the post office charged me $9 for.
