I went into this UPS store with a lot on my mind and a lot to be done.. I met HEATHER there who calmed me down, made me take a deep breath and took care of everything I needed in a flash… She was AMAZING!! I even have a PO Box in there now!!! I am starting a business and need the UPS store on a regular basis… If you need any of the services that they offer, I recommend the UPS store on Fruitville Road… Go see Heather!! She’s the best!!
Had the BEST experience today at this store. Heather was beyond helpful and so kind. I came in with a dozen packages to return on one arm and my daughter in the other, she immediately rushed to my side and helped me bring everything in. She was so quick and efficient to help me with my returns while also assisting other people so they don’t have to wait... so sweet, so fast and hardworking. Highly recommend this location and specifically Heather!
While vacationing in Sarasota i had to use their services and an employee named Heather helped me immensely. She was very knowledgeable and super swift with my order which was amazing. Very happy with the service of her and the store.

Today my elderly father went into our local UPS store to have a package shipped to me. He apparently had taped the box improperly so the items were falling out. The girl there, I believe her name is Heather as that is what the receipt says, helped him get it shipped to me. He bragged about how much help it was and she had only charged him $2 for something that would have taken him a while to do himself. Thank you Miss Heather for helping my father!
Old owners mustve sold this place, because today I walked in, and a girl in dirty sweatpants with an attitude (who did not speak a word to me until I addressed her) told me I couldnt mail a package with a pre-printed UPS label because they dont do that there. I had to explain to her that she works in a UPS store...She seemed baffled by this and looked absolutely confused. Then she gave me attitude and poorly taped up the package and refused to put more tape, so the items I am returning will probably fall out and never make it to their destination. What a joke.

Before moving from Sarasota,Fl to a nursing home in Maplewood NJ, I went to a local UPS store on Fruitville Rd. and spoke to a gentleman named Claude who said that they will pack and ship my collection of glass framed art and any pieces of furniture I select. I am 91 years old and not in good health, so Claude and a staff member would come to my apt. and get all items to their store for packing. Took 3 trips, but it was done. All were expertly packed and shipped to NJ. It arrived on time and in perfect condition.I cannot thank Claude and his staff enough for their great job.
I bought a piece of art from an auction house for the first time. The auction house put me in touch with Claude. He was helpful, professional, and responsive. The artwork arrived in record time without any damage. They put together a fortress of a box! Lovely to deal with. I would use their services again. Claude even called to check that everything arrived as described!
Came in 10 minutes before closing, needing help with a challenging order, the worker there Nadia, without hesitation immediately helped me out, and offered a better & cheaper solution. Definitely one of the friendlier packaging and shipping stores Ive worked with. Would go out of my way to come back here again!
I asked if I could print the label from Amazon and the guy said yes, after he printed he charged me over 3.00 for a freaking copy. 1 peice of paper!! Terrible what a rip off! He also should have told me BEFORE he printed it. I could have went home and printed it and came back. Total taking advantage!!
The new owner is a real piece of work. After waiting in line for 15 minutes (4 customers including me).He had been just taping up boxes taking his time finally comes up to the counter to do his job then proceeds to tell me I need a box for Amazon returns after Amazon not wanting boxes or packaging due to covid 19. Called Amazon they said they leave a crate there strictly for returns for no box and that hes saposta take it. Quality customer service. Ill be wearing my camera next time so I have proof to email to corporate for ya buddy.

UPS lost my package entrusted to this UPS store. I made a claim, UPS approved the claim (in writing). On the strength of their written approval, the contents of the package (mostly an 11 year old girls clothes) were repurchased. About 2 months after the package was lost, UPS “found” the package, and refused to reimburse the cost of the replacement articles. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? Hardly!
I frequent this location to send packages of varying sizes. The staff is always polite and courteous. My visits are usually short in and out, very precise. I appreciate the professionalism and promptness of time. Would recommend.
Mr Kauffman did have a qr code the owner wouldnt even look at my phone to see it. Refused to ship my item because it had no box well it came plastic wrapped on a thin piece of cardboard there never was a box. He was trying to sell me one terrible service. I became irate? Dont think I did I just said I would call Amazon and say you refused. I would use a different ups and avoid this clown at all cost hes just miserable because he knows he will never be able to retire.

I needed some help getting a fragile package shipped and delivered asap. Went to the store to see what was my best option. The young girl there helped with everything from beginning to end including showing me how to track the shipping progress and confirm the delivery. The name on the screen was Heather. Just wanted to say thanks for your help!
I spent over $50 to send a box of kitchen goodies to my newly engaged daughter. I packaged it using shipping glass depressors and inflated wrap. I used oven mits and other soft items to pad the box. The worker (Shaq) was helping me and taped my box up for me. After a week of wondering I get a phone call that the box has been returned because “everything “ is broken. Shaq was rude and refused to take any responsibility or offer any help. After getting the box only 4 glasses were broke and the rest of the box was unscathed. So basically I spent $50 to break 4 glasses and pick it back up. Will NEVER go back to this store. Thanks for nothing
I am at this store a few times a week to pick up my packages. Each and every time the person working that day offers to help carry the boxes yo my car for me. They are polite and helpful.
Ive used this location in the past without any incident....Called 5 times and got hung up on 4, then got placed on hold for 10 minutes while she continued to work with other people and got hung up on again. Called back yet again and was told they were having phone problems. Told her that Id just find another location to do business with. She offered to let me talk to the the owner and then put me on another 6 minute hold. Came back and told me the owner was still on the phone and took a message. Well see if they call back!
My shippent had import duty issues at Canada border, the owner was helping to track and push alot. Very reponsive, highly recommend~
Kept having issues online so I called the store and was told they could help me so I drove up, Heather was amazingly helpful and sweet solved the issues quickly and efficiently :-) thanks Heather for making the day a bit smoother.
Apparently this establishment is under new ownership. I have never ran into such rude, condescending, and pompous owners. Moreover, the owner followed me to my car and threatened me! With so many other choices for shipping, stay away from this place. I would give these jerks a zero star rating if I could. One star is way too generous.

The customer service here is incredible. I live in London and my Mom sent me a package. We paid extra to get it here quickly but unfortunately due to customs, it got delayed. Then UPS here in London kept it in their warehouse for a week for some reason. Doug (the owner) was on it! He personally tracked the package and kept in contact with my Mom to make sure I got the package. It eventually got here fine. I cant thank Doug enough for his compassion and outstanding customer service. 10/10 would recommend this place. Thank you, Doug!!!!
Ive been using this store for around 4 years now and through two different owners. Doug Patel has turned this place around. He has 5 star customer service. He personally trains all of his people that come aboard. He calls me when I have a package if the texting service is down. He doesnt nickel and dime customers for every little thing. I have had a box there for years now and am personally very happy that Doug is there. Great Job Doug!
Ive been going to this store for about three years. The former owners/management were okay but if you havent been in for a few years youve got to check it out. Every time I go there is an improvement in products, services and the layout of the store. The people are always incredibly helpful, creative and efficient with whatever I need. They present me with options and always give me a competitive price. Its a full service place and now its my go to spot for all my personal and business packaging, shipping and printing. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else - so professional, but not stuffy and no attitude. Got these super cool flashlights there a while back (dont know if it was a special item), they were a lifesaver on a recent camping trip. Lots of great stuff!!

Creeps. I had once a delivery scheduled there and they refused the delivery of my package at their location, and then told me that I cant pick up anything from their location. Pure creepy liars. I guess they make little to no money to hold a package, but they are failing to comply with UPS policies.I wouldnt give my money to these weirdos.
Younger, black male at counter is unprofessional. While I attempted to explain what I needed, he repeatedly cut me off to tell me youre wrong...Rude, sarcastic, dismissive!
I am very disappointed with the way this store treated my boyfriend. I had to send me boyfriend in with a packing slip and books to return to amazon because I was working and the lady behind the counter treated him with such rudeness and shortness he felt the need to mention it to me afterwards. I have been to other UPS stores to do the same task and was greeted with warmness but whoever took care of my boyfriend was an absolute witch. Take your business to another UPS store even if it’s a farther drive!
This store has really made an immaculate turn-around. I have used this store for years, and used to be disappointed. However, I asked the other day, and the very personable couple thats in there now is the new ownership. Not only has the experience gotten five million times better, but these people are neighborhood folks who are really down to earth...and the store is much cleaner. I send out packages with them on a semi-regular basis. A+++++++
Bad services... computers just with credit card... I offer them to pay with cash and they refuse... then I ask for a little peace of tape and the guy make buy a new roll of tape... come on... bad bad costumer services..

Worst experience. Dropped important package in morning for UPS Next Day. Did not show up or have any tracking info. Store said it shipped that evening when actually went next evening. I am happy that it was found but I physically went back to the store on the drop off day and was lied to repeatedly! This store has too many problems. People should use other locations or do what I will do, use FedEx. Thanks Steve and Dave for lousy service!

Called today and asked how long they would be open Girl said 2:30 p.m. Arrived at 1:50 p.m. and the store was closed. Called the store as we stood in the parking lot. Recording said the store would be open until 2:30 p.m. Still 30 minutes till closing - but it is closed!Others arrived as we searched to find another store.Rude behavior at best!
Terrible attitudes
Does not stand up to their guarantees to get your property shipped safely. Will not pay for damaged goods. Rude, uncaring owners. Also, dont be fooled, these stores are not supported by UPS itself.
Horrible store - their website says their hours are till 2:30pm on a Saturday, yet the placard in their store says till 4pm. I went there & there was nobody there. Ridiculous. UPS needs to set these franchises straight. It must be nice to not have to do any work.
Clerk would not think out of the box to try to accommodate a large package, even though UPS website said anything could be shipped...had to call the owner to find out if he could help and I was told I had to take the package elsewhere. Would not return to this location at all for any kind of shipment.
Sent to buisness address and was charged as residential address. usps only charged $45 deliver and thease people charged me over $125.
