Go to the Store at 48th and S. Tamiami, you will get much better service. Brandon is rude and one of the girls is so inexperienced that she not only misquoted prices she forgot to include one of the colors in my gallon of paint. That was $60.00 wasted.

Helmsman water based polyurethane.Dont waste you time and money.Will not give you a smooth even finish.Minwax Polyurethane (oil base) is the way to go! First coat even and smooth.SW take the water base off the shelf.

I love SW overall, and the staff and product are excellent. The reason for the three-star is, like some typical stores are apt to do, they recommended a contractor and we trusted their recommendation. Unfortunately, the contractor recommended, Siroky Concrete Services, who used the wrong product to begin with, and after having it inspected by the Sherwin Williams expert for this area, he also agreed that it was the wrong product and the job was splotchy and not correctly applied. The wax sealant was smeared all over the baseboards after the contractor was told not to touch the floorboards, and assured us he wouldnt. The application left unsightly pools of shiny or dull spots that were unevenly applied. His solution was to give us a phone number for someone to remove it. After calling SW customer service, we found out that it cannot be safely removed without damaging the underlying epoxy and will require a two part application of ammoniated stripper and sanding, along with re-applying epoxy to the floor. The three contractors we had survey the floor for refinishing (along with the regional SW rep) all agreed that the job was not properly done and that the wrong product was applied, and that badly. Now we will have to have an expert repair his repairs. Buyer beware.

First time I used Sherwin-Williams. I dont do a lot of painting so I came here instead of lowes or home Depot because I wanted some professional insight. Bought what was recommended, which was unacceptable once I put the first two feet on. Brought it back and was told sorry thats there bad.They painfully take the one can of paint back that wasnt open and a brush that wasnt opened ( WOW EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ) but the rest was thats our badStep it up sherwin -williams
