As a customer you can’t ask for better service and care. There’s a smile in everyone’s voice even if you can’t see their full face. If you’re a self proclaimed fashionista, like me, you won’t be disappointed with the vast frame selection. It’s as good as being in the “greatest city in the world” NYC.

I switched to Family Vision just over a year ago and I have been so impressed with their service, friendliness, attention and selection of frames. Dr. Mike is extremely thorough. It was the BEST eye exam that I have ever had. I purchased a few new frames and my eyesight with the updated prescription is phenomenal. They really take their time and provide feedback on frame selection. They also explain the different lens choices and make sure you are completely satisfied. I cannot tell you how many compliments I get every time I wear a Family Vision Care Center pair of glasses. This team goes above and beyond in every way!

My son and I both needed eye exams. Mine was a piece of cake and I got an awesome pair of new frames. But I became truly impressed with the service my 7 year old received.He had never been to a eye doctor and was extremely nervous. They gave him a very thorough exam and was so kind and gentile with him being very sensitive to the fact that he was really nervous. They fit him for the perfect pair of frames making him comfortable and even excited about his new glasses.Thank you Family Vision for being such a great place for my son and I to receive the best eye care!

Ive been a patient for 20 years and have been extremely happy with the customer service and attention to detail this practice provides. Recently, during a routine eye exam it was noted that I was starting to show signs of a vitreous detachment. I was immediately referred to a Retinal Specialist who was impressed that this was picked up so early. Cant say enough good things about the practice.

My family has been patients of Family Vision Care Center for 40 years and they keep getting better. I don’t normally post reviews but I feel compelled to acknowledge the exceptional care they take with their patients. I would not be an obvious candidate for glaucoma but during a routine eye exam the doctor noticed something out of the ordinary with my retinal nerve and referred me to a specialist who diagnosed early glaucoma. I just got back from an appointment with the specialist, Dr. Pokabla-Thanks to the early detection and thorough care I have gotten there is very little damage to my sight and the prognosis is good. I also want to thank them for helping me select stylish eye ware which is not something I’m good at, I’m always pleased when people complement me on my glasses. Thank you all!

LOVE my new glasses! The prescription is perfect and they are so stylish and fun to wear. Everyone at Family Vision is great to work with - knowledgeable staff and awesome selection of frames. They talked me through exactly what I needed for my vision and lifestyle without selling me a bunch of stuff I didnt need. They truly put their patients first. I was in Saratoga visiting family this weekend and ran out of my contacts (Dailies) I stopped by family vision to see if they had my prescription and could buy enough for several days. They had them in stock and the really sweet gal at the front desk GAVE them to me at no charge. Which really amazed me because my eye doctor in Dallas charged me for the same samples when I got my eye exam there! Great people here!

Great product selection, friendly, knowledgeable staff who have always made my family welcomed and valued. Weve been getting our eyewear here for years and will continue to support local businesses.

All I can say is DONT Use this business--rip off!

Customer relations none existent once I purchased my glasses. Tried to adjust my new frames four times with no success.Since theymeasured me for the frames you would think they would fit or be adjustable to my measurements. This all took place in the first two weeks after a picked them up.Spoke to the owner and she offered new frames and lenses but because the frames are used I would have to pay full price for the new ones.I paid $783.00 total, $334.00 for the frames with scratch and glare resistance She referred me to their frame warranty which is one year against manufacturer defect with the sole discretion of family vision care center to determine if the warranty applies I understand there is no manufacturer defect, but I think if you buy anything based on what the so called experts tell you the product should be right for you. So l now have new glasses that I can only ware for a short period of time. I can live with that, so my message is make sure you check the warranty before doing business with this company l didnt and I paid the price.

I was told my insurance covered the new patient exam when I made the appointment for my son.Two weeks after his appointment I received a bill stating that I owed $145 for NP exam, etc. When I contacted the office the lady was very rude, she stated, they told me this prior to the appointment which is absolutely false! My mother went with me when I arrived to the first appointment for my son & again was never told the NP exam would NOT be covered.They have poor communication.

My daughters and I love the personalized attention we receive EVERY time we are there and the Dr is incredibly thorough and makes sure we understand everything and that he answers all of our questions.

Ive been going here since I was 10 years old (believe me its been a long time) and I have always gotten great service and eye care. They also have alot of great frames and will get you fitted properly. I highly recommend them!
