Incredible service from Kevin!! He totally deserves a raise. They were so helpful with absolutely everything I asked about and went above and beyond to assist. By the way a customer came in while they were assisting me and started yelling at everyone in the store for no reason for about 10 minutes. It was wild but the guys working stayed so calm and professional. I was very impressed by how they handled the situation. Really excellent service and I will definitely use this store for all future Cricket purchases. Thanks for being so wonderful Kevin! They are lucky to have you there!

Awesome service. I think the associates name was Kevin? It was busy and he was expertly helping everyone and he fixed my phone issue super fast (along with helping other people promptly too). I will be back to this location if I need help again. Typing this in the parking lot cause he fixed my phone and I can do that now :D

Unlike Abercorn cricket wireless, the staff that worked Augustino ( probably spelling his name wrong) is the manager on victory took care of me with NO ISSUES. attitude was on point ! He helped me get a new phone. The wait was a bit long because of the upgrading process but we chatted and he didn’t try and stray me to Best Buy ! I appreciate the service the one on victory provided. Thank you!

Great place, nice people. I needed a charger because I left mine at home (was visiting family out of town). I was in and out pretty quick. I did have to listen to a sales pitch or two but theyre just doing whats required of them by their job which I respect. Plus sometimes they have some good deals and your girl likes good deals. Never been to a bad Cricket store.

I had to pay my God daughter bill, they are very friendly, its clean and not crowded. The reason Im doing 4 star is because they had a cat in there walking around and that made me very uncomfortable
