I recently purchased a large custom mirror and shower door from Sayville Custom Mirrors for a master bath remodel. I was very pleased with every aspect of this purchase. I got quotes from several companies and chose Rick because of outstanding customer service. My calls and emails were answered quickly and Rick helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. He and his crew were friendly and efficient and we couldnt be happier with the final product.

What a great job! on time. Cleaned up afterthemselves. my home is old i thought they would have trouble the walls are so wave.that guy rick really knows his stuff.Wifes happy that means i am happy too

Had them do a couple bathroom mirrors and repair 2 windows. Very happy with the results.

Sayville Mirrors did an excellent job on my wet bar back splash. I could not be more pleased with the product, service and level of professionalism I received throughout the process. I will definitely use them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

3/21/19I am having a shower doors made for my renovated bathroom. They haven’t come out to measure yet I will update this review once the job is done.Update4/11/19 waited home for the install today. Just got the call at 4:45 that they’re not coming today. They’ll try again tomorrow. 😪 will update.

Mirror mirror on the wall where should I go for help? Sayville Custom Mirrors Inc.

I had Rick, from Sayville Shower Doors install three shower doors in my home. I spent a lot of money with his company. I feel that that are the most unprofessional people I have ever met. When I asked them to come back then made up a price. When they came, they got mud all over my floors and only did 1/2 the job also leaving all of the excess silicone on my floor without cleaning it. I would not recommend them and will not be using them agai

Rick does excellent work and provides great service after the fact.

I had a Global Commercial Door Closer installed by Sayville Custom Mirrors on August 13,2013 and the manufacturer,on their website has warrantied the product for 15 years. I was having issues with the door closer and called Sayville Custom Mirrors about it. I was told that it will cost me $225 to install a new one. When I asked about the manufacturers warranty I was told that they do not know anything about it and will have to install a new door closer and that will be $225. I was not even given the courtesy by them to come and at least check the product. I will not recommend Sayville Custom Mirror to anyone. Very disappointed with their Customer Service.

I brought two pieces of end table glass in and the owner rounded the corners on the spot. The price was great and everyone was very friendly.

Horrible to customers and employees. The owner is rude and yells at customers. Screamed at my poor mother who isnt well all because she said it wasnt nice to scream at his secretary the way he did. Unbelievable!!!!
