If youre like me, youre very cautious who works on your car. I was referred to Chris by a good friend of mine and couldnt be more grateful. Quality, trustworthy, and quick work. I highly recommend taking your car to BNC and talking to Chris, ESPECIALLY if you have aluminum that is oxidizing on your vehicle . He took my mustang hood that Ford didnt think through, stripped it, prepped it the correct way, and shes brand new! What a relief knowing your car is in good hands. Thank You BNC!

I went to Gerber at first for an estimate and they gave me the worse service and all! I decided to call the infiniti dealership in hoffman and they referred me to BNC. I dont write much reviews but with the treatment and care BNC provided.. I could say that this place deserves 5 stars all around. The communication and respect was there. The work is perfection. Everyone there is so nice, even the owner. I would recommend this be your first place to look. THANK YOU!

I went to this shop about 20 years ago. Not sure if there is a change of mangement. At that time, there was only one owner / employee. I had 2 separate accidents in my vehicle, to be paid by different insurers (I was hit at two different locations ) When I got my vehicle back, I was charged $500 more for each damage. I thought it was weird. He told each of the insurance company that the original estimate was $500 less because he could not see the damage from the outside. Also, I left a whole bunch of printer cartridges in the car which he took without my permission. I did not complain at that time but I was upset

Chris the owner is a family man and will take care of you and your families vehicles. My family has personally been using BNC since we have had our cars in my parents driveway. Schaumburg should be blessed to have Chris in the neighborhood!

We took our car there at the recommendation of our Infiniti dealer. They had misjudged when they could start on our car, so the car sat in the shop for a week before any work was done to it. BUT, when our car finally was done, I can say they did a beautiful job with the body and paint work. They also worked with our insurance company to obtain permission to buy additional parts needed that they didnt initially think were going to be needed. Because we went over the allotted rental car maximum allowed by our insurance coverage (30 days), the owner, Chris, paid for the overage so that I didnt have to. Thats a stand-up guy. In addition, we were showing him some of the boo-boos our 10 year old car had which had nothing to do with the damage caused by the accident I got in, he said bring it back next week and Ill take care of those other dings/dents. I asked how much he would charge and he said NOTHING. I would go back to them any time and highly recommend... Thanks Chris, Malina, and Joel!

I selected this shop because I decided to give it a shot instead of going to a shop my isnurance company recommended me to. It took the shop two weeks to complete a driver side window repair. The follow up and status report was not very prompt.When I picked my vehicle up my interior door trim was cracked and damaged. I immediately pointed it out to the owner Cris. His reaction right away was that he knows cars and I do not and that that damage was already there. I informed him it was not and that he needed to make this right. He was very hostile at first blaming me for damage his shop caused. I then discovered the brackets off of my door panel damaged. He then again blamed me for it stating my car was used and that was already there. Owner them again informed me that I didnt know the process of repairing a vehicle. Little did he know I am a damage adjuster for an insurance company. The owner informed me he would call State Farm to follow up on this issue and the following Tuesday I brought my car back to this shop and the owner told me he called State farm and they had no photos of the interior of my car to prove the condition I delivered the vehicle in. I then took it upon myself to call my company and they informed me the owner never called to get the previous photos and prove to the shop my trim was not broken before. The owner nver responded to my email of photos all he did was call my insurance and file a supplement for damage his shop has caused. This damage and the repair ended up getting charged on my own insurance policy. The owner damaged my vehicle and then filed the damage with my own insurance policy. 100% dishonest individual in my experience that lied to me as a customer and then blamed me for damage before looking into it.The guy did not even apologize. I will never recommend this shop to anyone and will he telling my Infiniti Dealership network about my experience.The only good thing about this shop is the receptionist as she is very nice.Stay clear of this shop.

Honest, Dependable, and extremely professional!

I took my car in for a repair. The owner completely ripped me off and charged me for work that was not done. He charged me to replace my windshield saying that he had to fix it, but it was never done because my window decals were not removed. The paint job was completely horrible, there are still large spots where I can see the marks from the sander that were never repainted. This guy (I think his name was Chris) is a total crook!! Never use this place. He will rip you off, and lie to your face just to try to pull off insurance fraud.

Work done perfectly in timely manner. Pleasure to do business with.
