Had my window and both bumpers replaced. The car looks brand new. Very nice people and I would have gone with this company but they did not follow CDC guidelines with regards to masks and no one was wearing a mask. The gentleman said it’s just them working there. Another employee came through the room and they did not have a mask on either. Yes, there was hand sanitizer. As a senior who IS dealing with health issues, this was a deal breaker for me.Covid cannot be defeated with denial. I have lost two neighbors to Covid . My granddaughter got Covid and her other grandparents both NOW have Covid.I’m not willing to die for anyone. So let’s work together by wearing masks so we can slow the spread of Covid and get past this nightmare sooner than later. It isn’t a hoax it is a world pandemic. And now with it surging again as we were warned it would, it is more important than ever to wear a mask as advised by the CDC and every infectious disease specialist out there around the world. Hopefully, masks are being used now .I think this concern was important enough to post. Thank you and stay safe.

I have a 1999 White Toyota Avalon. I had a little fender bender with it recently and after a quick online search, I found Ultimate Collision Repair and asked for a quote.They did exactly what I wanted, their work was flawless, and they were extremely helpful when I had questions. And they finished when they said they would!Now, there are a couple of things you have to understand, my car is 19 years old and, while I dont want to get rid of it yet, that time is not far away. In short, I did NOT want to spend a lot of money on this repair.Second, I was fine with cutting a couple steps to save money, like blending and replacing all the crunched parts with brand new. To do so would mean a $2400 repair bill and...my car is 19...I may as well but a new car rather than put that much money in an ancient car.UCR came through with SHINING colors.not only was the paint matched as close too perfect as I could have hoped for (and white is a notoriously difficult color to match) but they had to buy a new quarter panel also. My pain was minimal, the cost for the repair was EXCELLENT and well below the other $2400 estimate.I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here for body work. These folks know what theyre doing.

I repaired my 2015 Honda CRV twice in Ultimate Collision. I first learned about this place from my co-worker and I’m so glad to have known.Their work is just excellent! My Acura got bumped in a parking lot to the point of the front hood arching and not closing properly. The coward didnt leave a note, so I was on my own to fix it. Bart looked at it and immediately knew what was needed to fix it, special equipment, yes, but not an arm and a leg. The other estimators were much higher, but what sold me on this shop was also their honesty in explaining what the issue was and how they go about fixing it. It was professionally done, fast and for a great price. Later I found out that Bart was actually one of the owners, such an unassuming, down-to- Earth, knowledgeable and nice guy! My brand new car was damaged by hail after a big hail storm we had by my house. I took my car to this Body shop and they fixed every dent that was caused by hail. I could not see any dents after the repair. Great job. I would use them again!

Bart and his brother did a really amazing job touching up some rusty wheel wells on my accord. There was a super nasty rust spot near my gas cap, you cant even see where they did the work. He even gave me some touch up paint in case I get some rock chipping. 5 stars, these guys are great.

Bart is a great easy going person, I was searching for a good body shop for my car after my accident and after stopping at 3 body shops that where already closed or closing and had no interest in repairing my Infiniti along Wise Rd around 6pm after work, I stopped in front of Ultimate Collision Repair Inc. Bart welcomed me and took time after his shift to give me a estimate on the damage to my car. Bart even showed me around his shop and pointed out the professional high end work his shop does daily. I dropped off my car after a week or so, he fixed the car quickly and the car looks amazing. My insurance company was being very cheap with him but even so, that did not affect the quality of his work. I have a couple other cars that need some work/paint, Ultimate Collision Repair will be my first choice. I recommend this shop to anyone who has been involved in a accident or needs body work done.
